“Amazing shop to work with. My family and I were on a cross country tour when my drivetrain decided to stop cooperating in Baltimore. I called around to 3 different shops, and A-One was the middle of the road price point. However, they were the only shop out of the three willing to get me the low mileage transmission I thought I needed for my vehicle.Then David, called me and informed me it wasn't the trans, but instead the driveline that had failed. He had already ordered the replacement part, I asked about a transmission service, and an oil change as well. They did the whole job for about the same price as Audi quoted me for just an oil change and a trans service.Great shop, employees are awesome, very communicative, and super timely. “I've been going to BM auto more than 10 years now. There was an employee I didn't know who diagnosed a problem and was overly anxious to work on my vehicle before checking whether that was the actual problem. When I expressed my concern, the employee had to be told twice to let Fadil work on my vehicle. The next time I took my vehicle in, didn't see that employee so gave me a sense of relief that he would not be working on my vehicle. I only trust Fadil, and one other mechanic as well as the current owner to work on my vehicle as I've never experienced issues once the work was completed. Trust means everything. Can truly say this is an honest reputable shop with experienced mechanics I've had the pleasure of recommending to family and even strangers.”

“I have been taking my vehicles to Omega Auto Werks for ten years. I have always found them to be professional, courteous and honest. Because of this I will take the one hour drive to have everything from routine maintenance to major service performed on my vehicles. Julio and the entire crew know cars. The labor rates are more than fair and they warranty everything that they install. I had a set brand new factory shocks installed which failed due to defect. Omega installed an upgraded set of bilstein shocks at no cost to me. I will continue to use and recommend them to others.”

You have the choice for scheduled appointments or stopping by to to see if they can fit your car for same day service. I make sure to take the car in for a general checkup before driving cross country. The technicians even checked the pressure in the spare tire. In addition, I appreciate their shuttle van service.”

“Absolutely awesome service and a great guy to do business with. Called him to ask if he could look at an oil leak and offered to crawl under even though he didn't have an open lift at the time. He helped me as soon as I walked in, diagnosed it as a bad seal at the oil filter and then performed an oil change. Plus, that's all he charged me for! I always hope my jalopy stays running right, but I know where I'll be headed if it craps itself again”
“My recent experience with Suburban was fantastic. They are totally honest and charged me exactly the fair rate. I would recommend them to anyone.DETAILS: I got my Nissan CVT transmission (the ones that break down all the time) rebuilt at Suburban several years ago ($$$!). When I developed a leak, I wanted Suburban to take care out it even though I now live pretty far from Laurel. It was under new management. I spoke to Elmer Canales, the new manager, and he was a total pro and committed to checking out the problem and hopefully fixing it right away if I brought the car in first thing. The mechanic inspected cleaned up the transmissions, inspected the leak, test drove the car, double checked it (it was an axle seal leak) and fixed it. THEN he took it for another test drive and inspected it again to make sure the leak was fixed. I walked in 9am and was out before noon.PRICE: I was worried about the cost, of course. I had already been on the phone with someone I know who does transmission work, and Elmer charged exactly what I was told it should cost. So these guys are honest.”
