They called to have me picked up by the car rental company and made sure when I came to pick up my vehicle I was in and out in 15 minutes because I was on my lunch break. I dropped tge rental off to them and they called and had them come to the shop to pick it up.”

“My bmw car was hit in DC and the person who hit me had GEICO insurance and GEICO sent me to Car Collison in Maryland. The drop off process was extremely easy and they gave me an estimate and took my car and gave me a time frame of when to expect the car and I left it with them. Without asking, they provided me with text picture updates on the status of my car and in the text messages informed me that the car would be finished on time. When I picked up the car, we went over it and it looked brand new. When I got home I realized that one of my back windows wasn’t working properly and I called them. I scheduled an appointment with them and showed up as scheduled and within 15 minutes they had corrected the problem. They were very friendly and extremely professional to work with and I am 100 percent satisfied with the work on the car but more importantly I loved the service and updates they provided to me. I would utilize their services again and recommend them to anyone that needs assistance with getting their car fixed.”

“I recently took my vehicle to The Tint Shop in Rockville for a full car detail, and the results are absolutely phenomenal. From the moment I picked up my car, it looked as though it had just rolled off the assembly line. The exterior finish was flawless, showing off a deep, mirror-like reflection. Because my car has notoriously unforgiving black paint, I was particularly worried about micro-marring, but the team executed a flawless technique and made sure not to leave a single swirl mark in the finish. What truly sets this shop apart is the incredible attention to detail demonstrated by Juan. He did not just focus on the highly visible areas; he spent an immense amount of time and effort getting into the lesser-seen crevices of the vehicle. Juan meticulously cleaned underneath the all-weather floor mats, completely refreshing the carpets below, and thoroughly scrubbed the intricate textures of the inside door panels. He even took care of the hidden grime in the frequently missed contact areas of the rear hatch, ensuring that every jamb and seal was completely spotless. The interior cleaning was just as impressive as the exterior work. Every surface was stripped of dust and oils, leaving behind a perfectly clean, matte finish rather than a greasy residue. Between the pristine, swirl-free black paint on the outside and the immaculate condition of the cabin, the craftsmanship displayed by Juan and the team was top-tier. “These guys are total pros. They completely redid both front seats (leather and padding) in my 2002 Honda S2000 and several interior pieces that were faded from the sun. (So faded that the original red color was now pink.) I was worried about matching the red color of both the leather and interior pieces but they matched it perfectly. They were quick and communicative and their prices are more than fair. They’re also super nice guys and drove me to the metro after I dropped my car off. They were recommended as S2000 specialists and they definitely are. But they clearly can do any car. (A Ferrari was sitting out front when I initially pulled up.) Highly recommend!”

“I contacted True Shield Auto Glass on May 29, 2026, for a quote on a shattered rear hatch window for my 2016 Jeep Patriot and was scheduled for the next morning at 11:30 AM. My initial phone experience left me a little skeptical, as the call wasn’t handled very professionally. However, the in-person experience was much better. Carlos was professional, answered all of my questions, and explained the repair process and warranty. The replacement included a heated rear hatch glass with rear wiper compatibility, labor, materials, and cleanup of all shattered glass. The total came to $344.12, exactly as quoted, with no surprise fees. The repair also included a lifetime workmanship warranty. While the company could improve its phone professionalism, the actual service, pricing, and quality of work were excellent. I would use them again.”

“Antoine, the glass technician/expert, was clearly knowledgeable and efficient about windshields. My car is an older one that doesn't have all the expensive sensors and technology that newer cars have but still needs expert installers and he delivered. Price wasn't bad considering everything is expensive these days. He knocked this job out in less than an hour. Very pleasant gentleman and I hope the company treats him and those techs like him well....they are your company and I wouldn't take them for granted. I've used Safelite quite a few times over the years and never had issues. I'd definitely recommend using them. He even showed me some of the tools he uses on the new windshields to sync up or configure the new technology built-in to the newer cars. Amazing. I think manufacturers have gone overboard myself and don't think drivers need all of these expensive and unrepairable windshield gadgets but it is good to know Safelite has the experience to repair these too.
