“My bmw car was hit in DC and the person who hit me had GEICO insurance and GEICO sent me to Car Collison in Maryland. The drop off process was extremely easy and they gave me an estimate and took my car and gave me a time frame of when to expect the car and I left it with them.
Without asking, they provided me with text picture updates on the status of my car and in the text messages informed me that the car would be finished on time.
When I picked up the car, we went over it and it looked brand new.
When I got home I realized that one of my back windows wasn’t working properly and I called them.
I scheduled an appointment with them and showed up as scheduled and within 15 minutes they had corrected the problem.
They were very friendly and extremely professional to work with and I am 100 percent satisfied with the work on the car but more importantly I loved the service and updates they provided to me.
I would utilize their services again and recommend them to anyone that needs assistance with getting their car fixed.”

“These guys are total pros. They completely redid both front seats (leather and padding) in my 2002 Honda S2000 and several interior pieces that were faded from the sun. (So faded that the original red color was now pink.) I was worried about matching the red color of both the leather and interior pieces but they matched it perfectly. They were quick and communicative and their prices are more than fair. They’re also super nice guys and drove me to the metro after I dropped my car off. They were recommended as S2000 specialists and they definitely are. But they clearly can do any car. (A Ferrari was sitting out front when I initially pulled up.) Highly recommend!”

“Honestly had the best experience here. After dealing with Safelite AutoGlass and their terrible customer service, and then Auto Glass Now, working with this company was a breath of fresh air. The entire process—from scheduling to arrival to the time it took to complete the job—was seamless. I arrived around 12:45, and everything, including the calibration, was finished a little after 2 p.m. I’m genuinely impressed. “I had an all-around great experience with Safelite who recently replaced my RAV 4 windshield. I was able to quickly schedule an appointment within a few days and it took about two hours to do the replacement and recalibration at their service facility. They were quick and helpful and the whole process was smooth and easy. Although insurance covered the cost of the replacement, I was able to pay my deductible directly to Safelite. I highly recommend their service based on my experience.”
