“Rented a car at the Rockville Norbeck (Rockville, MD) location on Southlawn Lane and the customer service was awesome. The branch manager (Chris) went out of his way to find the exact make/model car I was looking for … and he did this twice over three days. It would have been real easy to say he couldn't find one. I was looking to purchase a new car and wanted to rent one for a few days to make sure I liked it. Can’t say enough good things about the entire staff. I will absolutely rent from them again.”

“They have good quality cars but it is a headache when it comes to the documents u need. I thought when renting a vehicle all u need to is a valid drivers license and car insurance but here u have to have ur car insurance paid up to 30 days in advance. The only place I been to I had this problem with but other than that no problem”
“We were blown away by the quality of vehicle we were given based on what we were charged. We expected a base level Nissan Quest or Kia Sedona. What we were given was a brand-new Sienna hybrid! “I am very happy with my experience at the Gaithersburg location! I was helped by Nour! It was my first time here as the enterprise location I initially went to gave me a car that was due for an oil change and was shaking a lot. I gave this location a call to see if they can swap out the car for me since the original location was further out. Without hesitation they invited me to come in and change it with no questions and gave me a car I was more comfortable with. Usually I spend an hour at enterprise getting set up with a car but I was ready to go in no time and drop off was a breeze. This will be my go-to location moving forward, thanks again Nour!”
“If you’re okay renting an older, used, vehicle at a lower price point then this place is for you. Clyde is awesome to work with. The cars aren’t very old, just older and drive very well.”
“Normally Budget is cheaper than Avis. Avis owns Budget. I use Budget at this location. I get great deals. Service is fine but can back up as it can get crowded with customers.”

“The staff is low staffed but the team that is their do their best to get everyone a vehicle as fast as they can.
If they had more staff like a person to bring the cars to the front so that the front counter staff assists customers it would be a smoother transition for customers.

“Had to get a rental for 2 weeks because I hit a deer with my car lol. The representative I spoke to on the phone was very courteous and efficient. She was able to schedule me a time for pick up within 3 hours of my call, which really helped me out because I do a lot of driving back and forth from work and for other personal matters. The rental I had needed an oil change within the first week, I called and was told I needed to bring it back because it was cutting it close. I had to take extra time off of work to drop off and swap the vehicle with another one. The second rental I was provided, backside driver side tire had low tire pressure. So I had to put air in it myself. I did end up taking it out to the beach for a weekend which was lovely. My car needed another day in the shop so another day was added to my rental agreement, but that was an easy fix on their end. It is irritating that I had to drop off the rental mid day instead of being given til the end of the day to bring it in. So once again I had to take extra time off of work to get it returned in time to avoid being charged for another day, and still had to wait several hours without a vehicle til my car was done in shop. The staff in the office were kind and friendly, but overall it is disappointing that I had to take so much time off of work to make arrangements for these rentals. Had to drop off and fill up 2 tanks, and see I was still charged a “fuel reimbursement” fee of $3.83 anyway. What the hell is that about? Lol. I’m glad to be done with it.”
