“I worked with several people at Enterprise Rent-A-Car, and the level of service was outstanding. When dealing with insurance rentals, it can be difficult to get a truly comparable vehicle. I drive a mini SUV, and insurance initially wanted to place me in a much smaller car, which was not the same class.
Chris, the store manager at the Rockville location, went above and beyond to advocate on my behalf and work with insurance to secure something comparable. Although the Rockville branch did not have an available vehicle at the time, he coordinated with the Bethesda location to make it happen.
Frank, the manager at the Bethesda location, was great to work with during pickup. Will drove me from Rockville all the way to the Bethesda location, and Alex helped with a shorter pickup from the body shop to Enterprise, which was still very much appreciated. Both were professional, friendly, and incredibly helpful.
Every person I interacted with was professional and truly excelled at customer service. This team made a frustrating insurance situation easy and stress-free.”
“My experience was just terrific. I want to give a special shout out to four Enterprise associates. They were just terrific from the beginning to end. My car was in the shop and I needed the rental for seven days! I was followed to the auto body shop to drop off my own car, and then I was taken to pick up my car. They were helpful from beginning to the end of this ordeal: knowledgeable, efficient, helpful, and kind!

People can be so rude to the staff when they’re just doing an amazing job keeping their cool!!!! Did you know they actually have a staff member who has had psychological training and helps the staff with their needs as well as listen to the clients!!! It’s amazing! They fix all needs and if something happens to the car, they put you in a new one ASAP!”

“It's true what they say: you get what you pay for, however, it was nicer than expected. They allow 1-way rentals, and are much cheaper than any competition we saw. (4-days, flat price, no fee per mile). Truck cab very clean, truck box decently so. We had the F-350 chassis with a 16' box. Advertised as 6-10 mpg, we averaged 8.2 driving from Rockville to Indianapolis. *No cruise control*, and no lock for the back garage-type-door, but not a bad drive. Hope their business increases once this 'pandemic' goes away ...if it ever does.”
“Each time I visit my daughter, I rent from this Avis location. The selection, price and customer service is excellent! I have experience renting cars so I don’t have questions about their service or length of rentals. I am aware of the toll and insurance requirements. I rent from this location and return to this location. I highly recommend this location and if you have questions, please them clearly and respectfully before leaving with the rental. We’ve never had any surprise charges when we returned the rental. The price quoted in the app/reservation is the same price upon return as indicated by me when making the reservation. Again, I highly recommend.”
“Booked a full-size car on 11/6/2025, and that 2025 Hyundai Sonata drove so smooth that for a minute I thought I was still in my Lexus. One of the things I love most about renting from this location is the team. Even with the new guy, the customer service is top-notch — a big reason I keep coming back, and trust me, I rent often.
I highly recommend them. The reasonable prices are another reason I stay loyal. And finally, I really appreciate that they take pictures when the car is returned. I have proof, they have proof — the vehicle is documented as coming back with normal wear and tear. No more, no less.”

Initially I had a small Toyota Corolla and I did not feel safe in that vehicle. The next day I went back to the outlet and spoke with Anthony.
