“Good and quick service. We went in and surprisingly were able to switch phones in about 30 minutes. It could've been faster if it wasn't for some issues with their tablets. Very happy with the service and the time it took to do what we needed to do.”

“Tyra, one of the managers was so helpful and really nice, especially when we were checking out and realized we couldn’t pay with cash at that register, she was very accommodating, and had a good vibe, good customer service like that can be hard to find sometimes, I hope the higher ups take notice. “My favorite place to buy gas. I normally don't have any issues here and the pricing is fair considering the other nearby stations. The inside of the store is always very clean as well as the overall property outside. I cannot speak on any of the staff as I don't commonly go inside, I mainly just get gas here.”

“This 711 is in an amazing location. Its directly next to the MARC station and right on the main road. The customer service here is great at the front desk and the food is always replaced when they expire unlike other stores. There are plenty gas pumps and enough parking outside of the store. This is by far one of my favorite 711s.”

“I was in the Germantown location at target and this lady was just dog in this manager DYMOND and she is the sweetest person that could ever be she's been on the phone for I don't know how long and the manager was waiting on me DYMOND and she was as nice and polite as she could be and the lady that was dogging her on the phone about something , She's complaining to another target or something like that but I tell you what that lady needed to move because she did not need to be dogging this manager, All I have to say is DYMOND was very useful to me and very good customer service and I have nothing bad to say except for the lady that was on the phone talking trash about her I didn't appreciate. I love coming into target the people have always treated me with respect and smiles thank you and have a great holiday.”

“When your phone breaks down. . .who you gonna' call, CALL Allan!!! In a crisis (kid in college, move going on etc.) This guy identified what was wrong, and in 15 seconds it booted right up - after it locked up in safety mode and completely shut down. Another place had no idea what was wrong. A+ fantastic employee who knows his stuff who helped me out in a pinch. . .avoiding sending out for expensive repair at a time where it needed constant use.”
