“I went to the Verizon store on a Saturday morning, right when they opened. If you are going on a Saturday I suggest you get there when they open because they progressively get busier. Ken, the manager greeted us immediately and helped us with a billing problem that speaking to Verizon over the phone could not solve. When the associate, Gabby, came in for her shift she finished helping us. We switched from another major company to Verizon for all of our service (cell phones, iPads, and 5G Home). The process was easy and I was prepared for it to be a lengthy process. However, the outstanding customer service by both Gabby and Ken made it much less waiting time that I had planned. For the past several years I have used the Germantown store because I like the fact that the manager has been working there for 19 years. His staff is highly trained and professional. I appreciate the good customer service, the efficiency of the staff, and the friendliness of the entire sales team. They all seem to enjoy working there and that says a lot to me as a customer. Keep up the good work!”

He was very helpful, patient, understanding, kind, and professional. I have been to other metro stores and they were rude and rushing. This young man was very patient with me. “I was in the Germantown location at target and this lady was just dog in this manager DYMOND and she is the sweetest person that could ever be she's been on the phone for I don't know how long and the manager was waiting on me DYMOND and she was as nice and polite as she could be and the lady that was dogging her on the phone about something , She's complaining to another target or something like that but I tell you what that lady needed to move because she did not need to be dogging this manager, All I have to say is DYMOND was very useful to me and very good customer service and I have nothing bad to say except for the lady that was on the phone talking trash about her I didn't appreciate. I love coming into target the people have always treated me with respect and smiles thank you and have a great holiday.”

“This 711 is in an amazing location. Its directly next to the MARC station and right on the main road. The customer service here is great at the front desk and the food is always replaced when they expire unlike other stores. There are plenty gas pumps and enough parking outside of the store. This is by far one of my favorite 711s.”

But only the promoting SATANISMS which blacks are naturally good at being evil n bad.And after black man broke into our property n punched my face n lied to cops. N MONTGOERY COUNTU MD cops Latino n whites again broken into our property verbally assaulted me n Rockville judge also verbally aggressive treated me. I saw how this game works which I knew but twice knew.And after the incident I saw the black man similar face on media. Liberal ways of worshipping Satan's. Praises protect those who do bad. N shame n abuses persecute oppresses those who are good n innocent.HYPOCRICY is a Satan's biggest weapons. And blacks. N most of the dark skinned people well they know it's wrong whites blacks LATINOS (whites who chose SATANISMS n blacks) but since they are evil enough n beneficiary pariticpant they don't care.”

I was looking for a new cell phone and that section is right up front and we'll organized with a section for all the apple devices and all the Android devices separated so you can easily find what you are looking for. They also have a large section for all of the accessories you could want, and they are also well organized so you can find the ones for your device easily.”

Good to see things do get better with a little time. Keep up the good work!September: Poorly trained and INCOMPETENT employees. They always ask for older grey haired guy whenever anything slightly more complicated than scanning a barcode comes up. Then he acts surprised like "oh i didnt train you on this?? Lawl, my bad"”
