“I’m giving a 5 star review for the customer service we received from Marcus. Marcus helped us out with obtaining a stacking kit for our washer and dryer. Our appliances were delivered but could not be installed due to a missing stacking kit that was not sold to us at purchasing time. The third party delivery crew was not professional at all. We were very frustrated at first but luckily Marcus went out of his way to help us out. We truly appreciate his help and his effort to make the situation better.”

“Alex was friendly, attentive, and well-versed in this location's self service options. As a Slurpee connoisseur, I will say that this location has the best machines in Leesburg--I tend to get less Slurpee diarrhea toward the beginning of my pouring experience and they end up having that perfect Slurpee ConsistencyTM for upwards of 10 minutes after fixing the feller! Little things add up, people.Anyway, go here.”

It’s actually more like a 24/7, as it’s open all day, but still… 7-11.The staff is nice, and good customer service.Also, relatively reasonable prices for relatively good products… but I won’t ever say it’s gourmet, delicatessen, exquisite, or anything like that. 5 stars for the customer service, though!”
“GameStop in Leesburg, VA has been a go-to for me over the years. The location is conveniently located and the employees are consistently knowledgeable, welcoming and professional.
However, the store's ambience is rather off-putting. There is no music whatsoever and things look a bit run down (though very organized). I believe that if management were to put more thought into things the environment would be greatly improved!”
“Elsie was a sweet lady, she was very attentive and patient! I'm sure the Metro PCS would appreciate her customer service because she went beyond measure for the 5 stars...
