“I had an excellent experience at Cricket Wireless thanks to Patricia. She was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and professional throughout the entire process. Patricia assisted us with opening a new account and also helped us purchase a phone, making everything smooth and stress-free. She took the time to explain all our options clearly and made sure we were fully set up before we left. Her customer service was outstanding, and you can tell she genuinely cares about helping customers. Highly recommend asking for Patricia if you visit this location!”

“Brandon is the best. He is so knowledgeable and willing to help and assist with the process of setting up and transferring your data. I was treated when I walked in and the staff were very friendly and helpful resolving my issues. I was with another cell service provider and T-Mobile services by far met and exceeded my expectations. Thank you for everything!!!”

“Alex was friendly, attentive, and well-versed in this location's self service options. As a Slurpee connoisseur, I will say that this location has the best machines in Leesburg--I tend to get less Slurpee diarrhea toward the beginning of my pouring experience and they end up having that perfect Slurpee ConsistencyTM for upwards of 10 minutes after fixing the feller! Little things add up, people.Anyway, go here.”

“I’m giving a 5 star review for the customer service we received from Marcus. Marcus helped us out with obtaining a stacking kit for our washer and dryer. Our appliances were delivered but could not be installed due to a missing stacking kit that was not sold to us at purchasing time. The third party delivery crew was not professional at all. We were very frustrated at first but luckily Marcus went out of his way to help us out. We truly appreciate his help and his effort to make the situation better.”

“Hmm… 7-11. It’s actually more like a 24/7, as it’s open all day, but still… 7-11.The staff is nice, and good customer service. Also, relatively reasonable prices for relatively good products… but I won’t ever say it’s gourmet, delicatessen, exquisite, or anything like that. 5 stars for the customer service, though!”

I want to give him recommendation for this kind treatment and his politeness to me. He also explained new phones and my options for new plans. This store has helped me a weak times in the past and they are all very professional and easy to work with, so thank you Verizon! .”

“I had to come from out of town to pick up an item in stock at this store. I found the man in tech, Aaron to be more than of assistance to me. He carted the item all the way out to the car and helped me pack it. Very grateful for his pro-activity. Wonderful and easy trip to Target.”
