“Everything about the flooring selection and installation was perfect. Frank, the Tile Center representative was a great help when showing us the flooring available, then checking on the progress of the installation and doing a final check the next day to make sure everything was done right. Stephen, the installer, was very experienced and did a professional job. This is the second time we have dealt with Frank and the Tile Center, the first time was just as good.”

“I have been looking for a trustworthy company to have them remodel my home in potomac and was concerned of getting the right company . I met Raffi the owner at an event and felt very comfortable with his demeanor and explanation of the work he suggested to do. I felt a sense of warmth and trust and decided to engage him for the job. I can tell you I have never been so happy until I saw the end product and how he paid attention to every detail of the job from A to Z. I will recommend Raffi over and over again and I promise you will not be disappointed. His prices were reasonable and the quality of work was exceptional ,”

“I highly recommend Washington Marble and Granite if you are considering a remodeling project. I researched and visited many granite companies in and around Montgomery County and by far they offered the best price and selection. They were so great to work with and treated me with kindness, and went out of their way to accommodate me and delivered and installed the most beautiful finished product. The installation team really knows their stuff and my kitchen looks like a showroom because of their highly skilled and detailed granite installation. It is worth the drive to Ijamsville to check out their selection and more importantly I felt they put me first and delivered an amazing and beautiful finished product. I highly recommend!”

“I was recommended to Wellman from a friend of mine who used them for several projects. After meeting with Sharifa, I felt that I found a long lost friend. I came with a picture frame that I wanted to use for my kitchen cabinets. She immediately showed me the color and style that fit perfectly. Then I explained my vision about a hint of color. When we went to the backsplash area I located a very unusual design. Once we had that all set, Sharifa showed me a counter top that brought all the colors together as well as the hardware. We used several different styles for the cabinet doors, the pantry doors, and the drawers. We changed up the sink to one sink instead of two with a gorgeous brass faucet. Sadly, we couldn't use the ceiling fixtures I wanted because we didn't realize the ceiling was concrete and we could only use one fixture. Couldn't break open the ceiling as that would not have passed the condo requirements. Every afternoon, when the work crew left, they cleaned up and swept the area they were working on. You would have never known I was remodeling my kitchen. The general contractor, was Duane, the husband of Sharifa. I so appreciated this was a small business and family owned. I truly enjoyed working with everyone in their entire team.”

“We were shopping for ceiling fans for a new construction house. Jane Broomall helped us out and provided excellent customer service. The online capabilities helped a lot and made everything smoother and easier. Jane worked hard to find us what we needed at a good price. When we ordered, the price on the invoice was higher for some items than the price quoted, and when I pointed this out, Jane successfully got us a refund for the difference. I would definitely use Ferguson's again!”

“We found ABC to be a quality builder, highly ethical and reliable—a team of craftsmen. Having lived in our new home for nearly 3 years, we couldn’t be more pleased with our experience and have no regrets. I almost never complete these surveys, and rarely give high marks, but a 5-star review is certainly deserved here.”

“I recently purchased a replacement Washer& Dryer set from Bray & Scarff (Rockville location). I initially came in to survey my options. I was greeted & assisted by Mr Gregory Childress. I went home & did my research on my Brand selections. I returned to the store 4 days later & purchased my final selection. Delivery will be the same week. No high pressure sell job... Very friendly responsive to my questions. I have purchased from this business & location for many, many years. They never disappoint.”

“Google Review I had a really great experience at Floor & Decor in Gaithersburg, and I especially want to recognize Michael Maxwell for his outstanding customer service. I originally purchased laminate flooring, but unfortunately, I had an issue with my flooring contractor and ended up needing to return the laminate and switch to LVP. Michael was incredibly helpful throughout the whole process. He was patient, listened to my concerns, gave me honest advice, and took the time to help me find the best option for my needs. What really stood out to me was how genuinely caring and helpful he was. He treated me like I was a friend or family member rather than just another customer. He was professional, polite, knowledgeable, and never made me feel rushed or uncomfortable, even though my situation required some extra time and attention. I also noticed how he interacted with his coworkers and the store management, and I was honestly very impressed. He was respectful, professional, and kind to everyone around him. That really says a lot about a person. Michael is truly an asset to the Floor & Decor team. I honestly think he deserves recognition and, if there is an opportunity, a promotion. I am sure he will be very successful in his career because he has both the professionalism and the personality to go far. Thank you, Michael, for making what could have been a frustrating situation such a positive experience. Floor & Decor is very lucky to have someone like you on their team!”
