Sumin Miao at the branch was amazing! We went out of her way to proactively ask everyone waiting what they needed and proceeded to instruct everyone. She was so helpful and kind. Grateful!

I had an emergency situation and in need of a new card. Sumin greeted me immediately and tending to my issue and made my day. Because of her I had a successful trip. Great customer service, i’m a TD customer because of her!

As of 10/11/25, even though today is Veterans Day, a bank holiday, TD branches usually have their ATMs in their front lobbies available 24/7. This particular branch however did not. Their front lobby ATM is broken and still needs to be fixed.
