Mitch took me over to the shop. And showed me in detail what was being done to my car and what else needed to be done? That the insurance company missed. He even took me over to the paint shop to show me each step that will be done to my parts. Not to my surprise when I picked up my car, it looked absolutely amazing. “My driver's side door would not open fully. I took my car to Rathell and he took one look at the door and knew exactly what to do. He stepped back inside, reemerged with a tool that looked like a pancake spatula, and popped the door back into place. It took him less than 10 seconds to fix the issue and did it on the house. If I ever need body work, then I am definitely coming back to Rathell Motors Collision Repair. They are the kind of mechanics a girl needs!”

“Today I brought my daughter’s Altima in to get the engine splash guard re-attached and have them check the transmission. I was so sure something was wrong it just felt weird. They did the diagnostic and said nothing was wrong. I was insisting there was as we had just bought this a few months ago. I asked to speak to a manager. Zachary came out and spoke to me and I explained my frustrations. He suggested he drive her car with me in it so he can understand what I was saying. Long story short, it was figured and Zach “talked me off the ledge” lol and he was more than understanding. I’m glad I insisted to speak to a higher up because they know a little bit more.
