“(Dec 7)ANOTHER UPDATE! Went in again for a slight leak they discovered coming from my oil pan. Left the vehicle with them under the permission to change the entire pan. They discovered the issue was fixable and did that for me! Kept everything above board and let me know that it didn’t need replaced and that they fixed it, saving me HUNDREDS of dollars. Will continue to not only go here but encourage all others to trust them with their business. UPDATE!! I went back after saving up some money and had Andrew assist me this time with all my repairs I opted for. They have a very straight forward pricing system with your consent and questions being held at the upmost importance. I got a power steering pump replaced along with my starter. There are other things to get done with my car I just have to save up more money. Will be coming here for ALL future repairs and recommend anyone to come here. Went in with questions and issues, was scheduled to do a diagnostic. Hearing the concerns I had Mark was a genuine human and suggested a specialist because that was the direction of the issues (transmission). Great guy great ethics would come back 10/10 times.”

“Have been going to these guys since moving into the area in 2021 and have nothing but great things to say about this establishment, through and through. Have had one minor service “hiccup” in the 10+ trips I’ve made for service (I have a 21 year old Toyota with 250k miles, so she needs lots of TLC!) which they took care of before I drove off the lot. They have always been upfront and honest about what your car needs and the service has been top notch while still being affordable! Would recommend to anyone and everyone!”

“I broke down in the middle of the night hundreds of miles from home, and had car towed to their location with my pregnant wife and dog in the tow truck. We arrived a couple hours before they opened and were praying they could fix our car. They not only got us diagnosed first thing, but ordered parts and had us back on the road THAT MORNING. Sourced and replaced both CV axles with no issue. I cannot thank the staff enough. They bailed me out in a time of need and were very accommodating and friendly.”

“I had to go there to have my rotors replaced for the third time because the two previous times the rotors got warped so the third time the Firestone mechanic had to get the original equipment from the dealer, apparently they're high performance rotors for my Acura RL even though it's a 2005 all-wheel drive vehicle. Hopefully the third time's a charm. Update! I had to finally get the brake lines replaced and that appeared to have done the trick. No more problems with rotors or brakes.

The service advisors are very knowledgeable and courteous even when it is very busy. The mechanics come out and talk to you about any issues that may arise while servicing your vehicle and they give recommendations based on their findings. Most importantly, I've never had to wait for long time to have my vehicle serviced especially if I didn't make an appointment previously. I can make same day appointments and they usually get me in the same day and finish in a very efficient timely manner. I've been to other repair shops in the past to get something as simple as a flat tire repaired and was told I'd have to leave it all day and they would get to it if they could. I have been going to Firestone now for over 10 years now and have not had a complaint about their service, personnel, or products.

Returned on 6-1-26
This location was able to get me in and immediately diagnose and service my car. The manager told me what I needed and was able to do it and still had my car ready before the end of business. I had to buy 4 tires (not at site but was able to get them quickly), 4- wheel alignment, oil change, and tire pressure monitor sensors reset.”

“In, got gas, out, the place was unremarkable on a long road trip. Honestly if Google didn't tell me that I was here I would have forgotten and that is a good quality in a gas station on a road trip.”
