“I went here two weeks ago when I got off of work. I pulled up at 5:50 PM with a busted up tire, desperately needing it changed. Google has the hours posted as open until 6:30, but I found out when I got there that they actually closed at 6. I never would have gone that day if I’d known the hours weren’t correct online. However, an amazing employee (I think he said his name was John) took me in, despite me pulling up right at closing time and changed my tire for me. I am SO grateful for the employees there. They’re always so respectful, but HUGE shout out to John in particular. Thank you so much!!”

Not knowing when it could be fixed or how much this would cost, I was very worried. The center at White Marsh put me at ease from my first call. The vehicle was fixed very quickly...I needed a starter and the cost was acceptable. It was expensive but all car repairs are these days. I was treated very fairly and that's all anyone can ask.”
