“I came to the shop to see if I could get my tire patched due to it having a nail. I knew that the shop would probably be busy as today is the day before thanksgiving. I was kind of disappointed to have waited close to 4 and 1/2 hours before hearing a status on the car which is why I gave 4 stars instead of 5. As a customer, it shows personal interest and a respect for customers time when status updates are given on the service of our cars. Overall, my experience was positive and I would come back to get my car serviced here.”

“Twice in 2022 I had my vehicle repaired by TJ's. The first time I went to several other shops to compare pricing and service. All were recommended to me. I chose TJ Hi-Tech Auto body because I was given the attention and courtesy I would expect. I was treated professionally and had all of my questions - silly or not answered. The 2nd time I just went straight to TJ Hi-Tech - neither time was I disappointed. The repair work looks great - I have tricky paint to match. It was completed timely and was done professionally. I will use them again - if ever I need them. They will be someone I would recommend highly.”

“I was originally going to the Mr Tire next door for a simple oil change. I’m a long term customer of Mr tire. Made an appointment online the day before. Confirmed. Went in the next day to find Mr tire closed. Several other people came to find Mr tire closed after scheduling and confirming appointments. Their hours posted on the door say they should have been open.I called Phil & Mikes, they were transparent with the price and could take me immediately with no prior appointment. They were very respectful and transparent on the phone and in person. I was in and out in about 25 minutes for half the cost of Mr tire. It’s borderline the price of the oil itself! GO HERE FOR OIL CHANGES! Phil & Mike have earned a customer for life!”

“Been taking my cars here for the last 4-5 years. Solid group of guys. I feel comfortable and think they are trustworthy. My only ding against them is their system needs updating apparently. Depending on how the appointment is made, the system creates separate profiles and they can't merge them once they realize it.”
