“Maintenance was a lovely experience as usual. They called me before they were coming to show up (2 weeks after I had put in for a very very minor window screen. And so by speaking on the telephone before they came out, I was able to tell my maintenance man that his services were no longer needed. I had fixed the problem myself. I told him appreciated the phone call before JUST SHOWING UP! It was one thing to hav a courtesy call but was another thing to be able communicate and let them know that their maintenance services were no longer needed.”

“I have been a resident for 3 years. I love my apt and my building. Maintenance always responds quickly and they let you make partial rent payments online. The walls are thin but if you have quiet neighbors it shouldn't be a problem, although I am on the top floor. Thank you Deon in the maintenance dept for putting the door sweep on my door so efficiently!”
