We had an amazing experience with Diana! She worked with our Bernese Mountain Dog, Winston, during a two-week board and train in April, and the results were incredible. He now walks calmly on a loose leash, knows how to self-soothe by going to his place, and responds to commands like “leave it” and “quiet.” We’re communicating so much better with him thanks to her.
Diana’s positive reinforcement approach and incredible patience made all the difference. She took the time to get to know both Winston and us, and her daily updates (with photos!) kept us totally in the loop.
