It doesn't ever feel like you're a burden or annoyance when you pop in, and half the time they strike up conversations about whatever you're buying or looking for. I love the environment here! If there were one thing I wish were different, it would be that they don't have any online ordering system for card singles, but when you go in and check out at the little laptop they have, their selection is actually pretty great! I think I was asked if I needed help or a basket by three or more associates. I love the new self check out. It makes it easy to scan your Michaels card and add coupons. Be sure to use the app to quickly find locations for the items that you’re looking for. I love using the pick up at the location to compare the online to the in-store pricing.”
