“I get a compound topical medication here for about two years now.Had one error but that due to multiple prescription in my name.I pointed out the error they quickly took care of it.No hassle no fuss. Once I was running late to pick up the medication I called they were very accommodating.If they were closer to my home they’d definitely be my primary pharmacy. Staff is always pleasant and helpful. Highly recommend.”

“Good store but highly recommend that you check all dates on anything and everything because I know personally I did not check the dates on there food etc and had to take things back at least four to five times and I’m definitely not trying to say it’s an awful and they did offer to get something in place of the bad item or refund so how they handle things on there end once I brought it to there attention they handled it very well and for that it will keep me going back,and would definitely recommend to shop there but again check all dates ?”

“Fabulous modern pharmacy with Oldschool service and value.Counter staff are respectful, caring and personable. Ditto for the pharmacists. Everyone there works together as a team to ensure you receive the most value for the dollar you spend. And they deliver like old time drugstores. Which is great if you are sick in bed w the flu or something as serious.I ditched the chains and will never go back.At the risk of sounding corny, you feel the love here. Love of what they do!”

“This is a pharmacy review only. I have been coming here for years. I am disabled and they are always accommodating from running my Rx out to my cat when the drive through was broken to shipping me my meds over the phone because I can't get to my credit card for deliver via the website. Every single employee wants to help. The other store in glen burnie is a stark contrast. This Walgreens off Ordance has stellar customer service. Stay clear of the one by Marley, its terrible lol.”
“I went to Walmart originally to make prints. There were several employees who could tell I was having problems & not a single one offered me help. I gave up & left. I went to Walgreens & had a great experience. Kevin was awesome & helped me a lot. I went back the next evening. The girl working photos that evening was also a big help & very friendly. I don't remember her name, but I would continue using Walgreens for photo prints from now on. Same price & much more enjoyable experience. They went above & beyond.”

“As a whole the store employees are great. The pharmacy crew is amazing. However twice I had a poor, if not bad, experience with the food court. Once I ordered a pizza over the phone. It was supposed to be ready by 5:30. I arrived at 5:15 picked up a few items and headed to the food court. My pizza was not ready and I was told they were running behind. I agreed to wait. But took my items to my car. When I returned I was not allowed to go back in scone it was near closing time. The last time disaster hit, the counter clerk gave me a hotdog which fell on the floor due to a defective bag. Another customer told me that it had just happened to them. and that they would remake it. I returned to the counter only to be ignored for 12 mins. By the clerk, hot dog and bag sitting on the counter. I left the store.”

I must say, 99.9% of the time the Drive Thru Pickup window is usually a pleasure in dealing with the individual helping your customers.\nMr. Nathan was professional, has very good people skills and communicates clearly with your customers - His help is greatly appreciated. It`s a pleasure interacting with your Team members. They truly care for your customers (99.9% of the time)\n\nHowever, on this day (09-05-23@12:30pm, Tuesday) I don`t understand why I had to wait for about 45 – 60 minutes with only one vehicle in front of me ?\nIt seemed there may have been some confusion with the customer and your window attendant ?– I`m under the impression your drive through window was simply a drop-off and pickup service.\n\nIf there was a problem that took this long, I believe your attendant should have told this customer to come into the store as this held up many customers getting through the pick-up window prior to their Lunch Break\n\nThank you - Have a great Day/Week and stay Healthy (Safe)\nStill a satisfied customer”
“this place is cleaner than most Walgreen's stores in my area and the customer service was exceptional I went in and wasn't planning on purchasing anything but my prescriptions and once I walked in and seen how clean and organized the place was, I decided to look around and just browse the store. I was asked by an associate named Kerri if I needed any help finding anything and Cisco the manager on duty was very kind when I came to checkout wasn't expecting the friendliness and will continue to come back the store is definitely improving”
“Their system was down. Had to make 2 trips in order to get my med. They weren't processing insurance claims. There was a long line of customers. All were turned down. Very annoying on an extremely hot day. They could have notified customer of computer problem via text messenging just like they said your RX was ready. Their system had been down all day.”

“I always use this pharmacy and always have a decent experience. Sometimes the team member behind the counter is a little bit short (this is my experience over many years) but they are always helpful. I have gotten medications and scheduled vaccines here and it is always easy. The wait time has never been too long, about 4-5 hours at the longest when I brought my physical prescriptions in. I highly recommend them.”
