Ms. Owotemu, Ms. Giuliana (or “Juliana”), and Ms. Lona (or “Luna”?) are amazing!
My mom has been a client of this branch for years now and has always received great service.
Last year Ms. Owotemu and a senior bank rep (who deals with the tech?) came down to my mom’s store to set up the new card reader machines. She was so helpful and supportive. It doesn’t seem like a big deal, but it was.
My mom mentioned how she admires Ms. Owotemu’s diligence and thorough & efficient approach to client matters. (I’m not their direct client but it’s worth mentioning)
Not to mention, Ms. Giuliana/Juliana has the warmest personality and Ms. Lona/Luna is also very kind - they always to ask about me and my family. It’s really the little things that can make a business so great

“My neighborhood bank, super convenient and even walkable if I so choose! I drive by it nearly everyday, and many times I do stop by -- beware though, do NOT go during lunch time or right after work! There is only one drive-thru ATM and the line can have a few cars. The bigger issue isn't the number of cars though, it's the fact that each person at the ATM takes forever! You would think they are all using it for the first time LOL! It's never taken me more than 1-2 minutes to get my business done -- even when I'm depositing. I've definitely done the drive-thru more than the ATMs inside -- I have never had an opportunity to interact with any staff. One thing I will say is that the parking lot is very tight... and some of the spots are angled... so parking is really interesting haha. For convenience, this bank is perfect, but the design, parking lot, number of drive-thru ATMs and other aspects of other BoA's make them better options if you aren't already nearby.”

I worked with Frank Kolcenik more directly as my home mortgage lending agent and he was great! He responded to me promptly, gave me all of the ins and outs and info I needed and then some!
