“Erik Noguera was so kind!!! He was so considerate of his knocking and entering and I’m truly so appreciative. My house isn’t as tidy as I typically like it but Erik and his team were SO fast! They checked and asked about my appliances any seriously had the kindness attitude about it. In the past people have come and have been abrasive in their questions and extremely aggressive in their knocking and yelling so this was such a breath of fresh air. I hope it’s Erik and his team coming back every time from here on out c:”

“I’m in immediate need of a new apartment and upon calling Saddle Brooke, Jess has been super helpful from the time that we spoke on the phone, to meeting her in person and touring. She told me everything that I needed to know and has been very helpful and extremely nice throughout this process, making it very easy to want to live here! I have been experiencing bad customer service prior but I will definitely recommend this place, even if it’s just based on the excellent customer service experience. The application process has been a breeze so far as well.”

I wanna give a shout out to the ladies in the front office.
We've been having issues with our Apt for sometime now and its taking longer then normal to resolve them. They are done now, however- thru my rants, they stayed poised & professional.
They were maintenance problems so it really had nothing to do with them.
There is an emergency phone line & a portal to put in request. So, I went in on the portal, I sent emails, I made calls
I'll say--I can be a lil impatient when it comes to things being done; especially when it deals with cleanliness--- my OCD is serious. But kudos to You All, Ladies.

Overall, it’s been a great experience, and I highly recommend Briarcliff to anyone looking for a well-managed, comfortable apartment community.”

“Living at Anthem House/A2 has been an excellent experience, and a huge part of that is because of the outstanding maintenance team — especially Dionte, Assistant Manager. Over the past year, he has overseen maintenance operations for both Anthem House and A2 while the team was significantly short staffed, and his dedication never went unnoticed.
Despite the workload, Dionte consistently handled maintenance issues quickly, professionally, and with an incredible level of expertise. In addition to managing day-to-day resident concerns, he coordinated major projects including new parking lot lighting across three floors, implementation of new parking gate access systems, ongoing elevator issues, and the training of technicians and interns.
What stands out most is his extensive knowledge, responsiveness, and professionalism. He approaches every situation with urgency, patience, and a solutions-oriented mindset. Even under pressure, he maintained high standards and ensured residents continued receiving excellent service.
Dionte’s leadership, technical expertise, and commitment to both properties are truly exemplary and deserve recognition. Anthem House and A2 are fortunate to have someone so dedicated managing operations behind the scenes.”

“Both Shaina & Kayla are amazing and attentive. Moving can be a hassle but the process felt seamless. From the very beginning, the process of digital application and communication made the process smoother. Then, the detailed information and accommodating provided to ensure that my process was nothing short of amazing did not go unnoticed. Shaina was sure to ensure that my home was in the best condition upon my move in date and Kayla completed the onboarding (keys, passes, etc.)

“Deb is the greatest concierge ever she needs to have a raise. She has been very helpful with my moving in back in August until now. Her ability to problem solve resident needs on the spot has been evident and she is quick to respond when needed. She does not panic under pressure, and delivers excellent service for every resident here.
The Palisades at Towson have excellent service, great community, and well built apartments. Would highly recommend.”
“I want to give a huge thank you to the on call maintenance staff and Resident Manager Leeza.. My stove went out today and I had to call emergency maintenance.. My husband is diabetic and has to have meals throughout the day .. The stove was replaced in a matter of hrs.. I really appreciate everyone going above and beyond.. I’ve been at this property for a yr and a half.. Leeza is an exceptional property manager.. who shows concern for the residents.. Thank you again.”

Whenever I had questions or needed information, the team responded quickly and professionally, which made the entire process smooth and stress-free.
I especially want to highlight Alyssa Ellison, who was extremely efficient and helpful throughout my experience. Not only did she respond promptly, but she was also very knowledgeable about the units and the property overall. She made sure to provide all the important information up front, which I really appreciated. It made everything much clearer and helped me feel confident in the decisions I was making.

“I'm leaving this from a private account because I don't want to be reached out to... It's just after reading through some of the other reviews, I wanted to give my honest and unbiased opinion as a tenant who has been here for a few years now and has seen the change in management. There definitely has been a little bit of turnover in the last few months, the old manager and leasing team seemed a bit all over the place and unsure/overwhelmed with a lot of broken promises, I will be honest. However, there is an entirely new staff downstairs who I have gone down and met and after speaking with them have been doing their job for a while now and you can tell they genuinely care about cleaning up the mess that was left before them. I don't think it's fair for them to be shamed for things they have no control over due to the poor management before them. I've seen the package room cleaned and have apartment numbers written on it for organization. The new leasing member, Trinity, has quite literally pulled out every single package out of the lockers just to find one for me due to Amazon's carelessness. She and her colleague also always speak when I walk by and are extremely friendly. Please take note that I truly don't believe the poor reviews reflect the new team here. I had an issue where the old manager never posted my $500 credit for a referral I gave, went down to the office and it was resolved that same day. I plan to renew my lease when it's up in May with the added trust and kindness of the new team and encourage you to keep this in mind when reading through the reviews.”
“John aka “jack” is the best maintenance man we’ve had!! He is always so friendly and especially gentle and friendly with my dog which is very important seeing she is skeptical of most men and he comes and goes to fix things in our home. I recommend Topfield for anyone who is interested in living in a quiet apartment complex close to nature. Very dog friendly. Ps chanteria is also really great!!”
