I informed the girl I was a fainter & she registered me then took me to another room so I wouldn't faint in the chair. We talked & she was done in minutes! ? so glad I found out the lab was there!!”

“Check in was very easy. I was very disappointed to discover that pre-employment drug testing services are only from the hours between 7:30 am to 11:30 am at this location. I looked up this specific location the day before to confirm their hours of operation and found no information dictating limited hours for this specific service at this location. However, the person who informed me of this after I checked in was very polite and understanding of my disappointment. He also offered a possible solution, which was to check if the Martinsburg location had different hours for this service and see if I could make it there in time. I ended up making an appointment for this location for the next day and had a quick and easy experience. I did eventually find the limited hours for drug testing on the website, but it would be very helpful for the website to specify them on the initial location detail screen where it gives all the other information about the location. I'm sure I'm not the only one who's run into problems with this. If I knew where to give feedback regarding the website specifically, I would absolutely tell them they need to include the limited hours for this service where they include all the other location details. If they can include it on one screen, I can't imagine why they wouldn't include it on both. However, I know that this oversight isn't the fault of anyone at this location, so I'll still rate it 5 stars.”

“Teresa does a wonderful job. She’s a one woman show and runs the Hagerstown Quest lab all alone. Teresa always lays me down and never complains about the extra time it takes(I hate needles) If you need a blood draw go to her—she does it flawlessly”
