“I've been seeing Teresa on a quarterly basis for routine bloodwork. Each and ever visit has been a pleasant experience. Obviously, getting stuck with a needle is no pleasure but I honestly do not have any pain, bruising, or any ill aftereffects. She's is one of the best phlebotomists! Friendly and a great bedside manner. The lab itself does seem seriously understaffed but she keeps things moving!”
