“Nice place, when it's staffed, Ive gone to this location before when it either opened late or closed early but when it's open AND staffed, it's a good store. My last visit the staff was very helpful and my girlfriend and I got the items we needed. We spent about 60 bucks more then we budgeted for ourselves but that's on my bad math skills not the staff or their recommendations.... overall a good store but poor location, I feel they lack the appropriate traffic to attract customers in their current location at Hagerstown Outlets....”
“I love their Clearense area, you find everything, of course more from past seasons but also cool things. In the rest of the store there is quite a variety, good service, order and large spaces. Even benches inside the store for those who can't stand their feet anymore.”
“Great customrr service, nice selection, 60% sale applied to many items, not just a few, I had a "corporate discount card" from my work and was able to apply my military discount on the items that weren't already covered. I wish they had petite sizes like Leesburg and Clarksburg.”

“I just left the store and wanted to say how helpful the ladies were Friday night. Kayla and 2 other ladies went above and beyond to look for a dress in my size in the back and even called the other location. They are genuinely caring and super friendly. Also, the store is really clean and organized.”
“One in the foot locker just to look around for like sweatpants and on came out with them a light wind breaker jacket for a 45 dollars the guys treated me better there than what I had when I wanted into finish line I guess being a woman they finish line didn't want customer service that badly but foot locker didn't have a problem”

“Very good experience. Manager was professional. Explaining he had call offs and It would be a few minutes before he'd be able to assist me. Once it was my turn he went out of his way to get me measured and suited up. This is my 5th suit from this location, highly recommended. Only reason for the 4 stars is the wait time to get assistance. Every other part was excellent.”
