“I have used U Haul several times from several locations. This location was very friendly, speedy, knowledgeable, and helpful. The parking area was large and easy to access. Checking my uhaul rental back in was easy and they went above and beyond by correcting my original reservation, which was messed up by the location I rented from, which I didn't notice until I was home from my trip. It took all of 5 min and I was on my way with a refund of the overcharges. The review by R. Scott Gahs is an inappropriate and unfair review of THIS location when his review in fact was clearly about and reflected upon the U Haul central reservations, whom he received a phone call from out of Harrisburg. This individual location should not be held responsible for what U Haul Corporate tells the customer, or what he reserved online without calling the location and while the business was closed. He should have called the actual location to confirm.”

We were in and out in less than 15 minutes. The man assisting us was very polite and friendly. He knew what he was doing without any hesitation. An all around pleasant experience. “We needed to stop in on Sunday 6/7 to exchange a car we had rented in Pittsburgh. Our original car smelled like stale cigarettes and we couldn’t handle it. The girl at the counter (forgive me for not knowing her name) was so understanding and didn’t miss a beat. She went out, grabbed us a mini van and sent us on our way. I CANNOT say enough good things about her! She was working so hard, checking people in, doing paperwork, bringing cars around and cleaning cars! All by herself. She is a ROCK STAR”
