“On Wednesday, I had my oil changed at Grease Monkey for the first time, and let’s just say I’ll definitely be back!

From the moment I walked in, everyone was incredibly kind, welcoming, and professional. There was absolutely no pressure or pushy sales tactics, just honest, thorough service. I appreciated being able to walk in and walk back out knowing exactly what I was getting and exactly what I was paying for.

The shop was clean, organized, and the staff made everyone not just me—feel welcome. It was such a refreshing change from some of the experiences I’ve had elsewhere.

My favorite moment was when I couldn’t figure out where to find the mileage on my Atlas and had to pull it up on my app. They laughed with me, showed me exactly where to find it, and joked that now I’d know what to do if I ever “lost my phone.” It was a small interaction, but it showed just how genuine and personable they are.

They also respected and listened to me when I explained that our driver window is off track and doesn't go back up so they didn't put it down and had a note on it so the other staff knew not to put the window down. “I needed four new tires, plus a new spare. When I called, they talked me through my options, helped me pick the right tires for what I needed.

At the appointment, they realized my spare had a lock, I didn't have the key, and they couldn't get it out to change it. But they held onto my fifth tire till I could get the spare out a few days later.

“I would never have thought to take my car to Walmart for car service, but a coworker highly recommended them for competitive pricing. I had gotten a nail in one tire, and was advised by my dealership they could replace the one tire for $300+. Yikes! I had never heard of replacing one tire at a time, especially for awd. I shopped around but ultimately went to Walmart and was seen same day. The technician (who worked Sunday 11/16 around 12pm) very kindly let me know that the nail hole was not something they could fix, and due to the age of the tires it was best for all 4 to get replaced. The tires were nearly 7 years old, so I had a feeling that would be the case. $530 and less than 1 hour later my car rides like a dream. The entire team at this auto care center were phenomenal. Donna was incredibly knowledgeable and kind every time we spoke. I wish I could remember the technician’s name who broke the news to me, but he was straight forward and very sympathetic to my situation and he deserves recognition too! I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend trying Walmart the next time I need service done on my vehicle.”
