I usually don’t like when sales people come over to help…I like to look around first. But I had little time to figure out what would be the best for me. “I love their Clearense area, you find everything, of course more from past seasons but also cool things. In the rest of the store there is quite a variety, good service, order and large spaces. Even benches inside the store for those who can't stand their feet anymore.”

“Great customrr service, nice selection, 60% sale applied to many items, not just a few, I had a "corporate discount card" from my work and was able to apply my military discount on the items that weren't already covered. I wish they had petite sizes like Leesburg and Clarksburg.”

Gentleman there is a chair or two to sit in while waiting for your spouse. That is always a plus. This store is so neat and well organized. Even the clothes that weren’t brought are nearly hanging on the rack.

“I was purchasing items. And I was just looking yo get in and out. But debbie who was my cashier. Took it upon herself to basically initiate conversation with me and even after my responses she continued to carry conversation throughout the whole process. Without my initial effort to speak to her. I denied my receipt at the end of the sale and her manager had told me to grab it she made a good point about how debbie showed me great service. Thus is true so I took the receipt to do the survey. For her. Only thing is i lost the receipt so I hope this review makes it to her to show my appreciation for bare minimum efforts it meant a lot though. She was very sweet and I don’t know her standings in the company but if raises or gifts were provided for great service her and that manager working today deserve something. This all transpired right after a man had walked out to who they had theft issues with. They kept It profesional and kept smiles on their face all throughout the whole time of me being there. I typically don’t do reviews so it takes a stronger impression to get me to do this and they did. I also sell cars so i understand completely when it comes to surveys and reviews. No better judgement then the ones coming from the people who have experienced your work!!!”

“I fell in love with a nightfall dress while in the store to pick up an online order. The sweet young lady working there (Miranda) helped me with getting the right size and that I would get the 10% discount on one full priced item. I was so excited then she asked if I was using my Torrid credit card for my purchase. Because I would actually get 15% off my purchase. She didn’t rush through just getting me in and out. She took her time and I really appreciated how she handled herself. I hate to sound like an old lady (50 years young) but some young people today just aren’t willing to take the time to do a great job! Thank you Miranda!!”
