“Recently at Hagerstown Outlets, I went into the Soma shop. Karen was the salesperson who didn’t delay to come over to me and help me with what I was looking for. I usually don’t like when sales people come over to help…I like to look around first. But I had little time to figure out what would be the best for me. She was very nice, confident in her knowledge and found several options for me in pretty short order. I recommend seeing Karen at this Soma store.”
“Store still looks nice. The folks there are nice too. The outlet mall itself isn't doing well, but Eddie Bauer makes it worth venturing out. The quality is great and the return policy can't be beat (in the rare case you need to).”

“I'm a petite, this is one of the only places that carry clothing to fit a woman under 5 foot. And, the clothing is modern and stylish. Not like the normal petites you find at most chains which are made for much older women! Very rarely do I purchase any clothing from any where other than Loft or Loft Outlet.”

Gentleman there is a chair or two to sit in while waiting for your spouse. That is always a plus. This store is so neat and well organized. Even the clothes that weren’t brought are nearly hanging on the rack.

“I love their Clearense area, you find everything, of course more from past seasons but also cool things. In the rest of the store there is quite a variety, good service, order and large spaces. Even benches inside the store for those who can't stand their feet anymore.”

“What an incredibly friendly staff! Sure it's easy to shop online but we've all had way too many experiences where what you get doesn't exactly fit the way we want it to. Eliminate the shenanigans of having to return everything.
They have a great selection of jeans for men and women. They also had great deals and a decent selection of clearance items.”
“I only go to ride the escalators up and down. Escalators are my hobby. I had a friend that worked at JCPenney Hagerstown. I am a special needs person and I love riding escalators up and down.”

“I fell in love with a nightfall dress while in the store to pick up an online order. The sweet young lady working there (Miranda) helped me with getting the right size and that I would get the 10% discount on one full priced item. I was so excited then she asked if I was using my Torrid credit card for my purchase. Because I would actually get 15% off my purchase. She didn’t rush through just getting me in and out. She took her time and I really appreciated how she handled herself. I hate to sound like an old lady (50 years young) but some young people today just aren’t willing to take the time to do a great job! Thank you Miranda!!”
