“The owner/specialist is a master craftstman!!! Had a dent on the plate above the driver side door handle. And took the car to different shops and everyone said the whole door needs to come out and the dent cant be fixed so easily because it's double plated, blah blah blah... Russ took a look at and said he will get it done in couple of hours and he did phenomenal work. I am extremely happy with the work and the cost. Absolutely recommended.”

This was my second experience. The first time round, a few years back, they did an excellent job on my Tesla M3. After their extensive repairs, the car was nearly as good as new.
This time, the insurance company ended up totaling the car. Unexpectedly hearing that ones car is totaled is never a pleasant experience and the whole process was new for me. Through all of this, appreciate how responsive everyone from the Collision Craft team was to help me understand their estimate, the future repair risks, and I believe arrive at the right decision. My front bumper came out on one side and I was expecting a big estimate & wait time for repair or replacement. He took a look at it and was able to clip things back into place himself in a few minutes, no hassle. Perfect temporary fix I needed to get back on the road. Bumper is all good now and the only damage was part of the splash shield underneath which he gave me an estimated cost for but he wasn't pushing to get any extra work done if it wasn't necessary, just looking out for his customers.”

“Hey, I normally don’t write reviews, but I had to recognize Bob’s Auto Collision, specifically Josh and Leah.
As you probably know, the reputation of mechanics isn’t always the best. I’ll be honest — I went into this process expecting the worst. But Josh completely changed my perspective. This wasn’t a short or simple situation, yet he somehow made it feel as easy as 1, 2, 3.
He restored my faith and trust in mechanics.
This experience meant even more to me because I’m not originally from Baltimore, and this all stemmed from a hit-and-run. I was expecting a rough, stressful experience. Instead, my expectations were completely flipped. Bob’s Auto Collision showed me that this city isn’t as bad as I once thought.
It’s actually a little sad to say they’ve helped me so well that I hopefully won’t need to see them again — but if I ever do, I won’t be worried at all.
This is a shoutout not just to Josh and Leah, but to the entire team for making everything easy, straightforward, and stress-free. This was hands down the best customer service I’ve experienced — not just in auto repair, but across any industry.
I genuinely wish I could take this whole team with me wherever I move next.
