“When I had a hdmi problem with my ps5 I took it to this place found on safari I was mad I had to wait 3-4 weeks but it was really worth the wait they did a very much good job & I will recommend anyone to go to them if you have any problems with your game system I swear it’s worth to wait”

“My surface fell and the screen shattered. I went to ubreakifix and they were unable to do anything because they didn't know if they can get the screen. I went to best buy and they stated they couldn't do anything. I heard of this place through a friend that goes here for all their IT needs so I gave them a try. “OUTSTANDING SERVICE! They don't make 'em like John anymore (intelligent, nice, genuine, wise, straight-shooter, funny). I'm sure anyone that has previously worked with John would validate all those character traits. I brought my speaker in for warranty repair and John took great care of me! He was also able to help diagnose a faulty microphone power supply that had went up and needed to be replaced. If you need anything sound related, give John a call!”

“My computer died out of the blue, it wouldn’t power up and would turn my power-cord dead when plugged in.The issue was diagnosed, fried mother board, they offered to either get a replacement computer or to take out and back my hard-drive up. I opted for a replacement (same model and capacity), since it was a few years old, I had a fully functioning machine (as if nothing had changed) within a few days.I’d recommend them every day of the week and then some.”
“My TV went on the blink and since it was under an extended warranty agreement, I contacted the warranty company in Texas. They assigned the repair to Advance Video, and to say the least I was a little skeptical since I never heard of them. They contacted me a short time after I put in the claim and I could not be more pleased. They picked the TV up and dropped it off exactly when they said they would. The repair was excellent, done within 2 days and all issues have been resolved.They could not have been more polite, congenial and professional. Excellent service that is truly appreciated.”

“Can't say enough good things about this place. Brought in my son's Switch after having my old iPod fixed there years ago. Was pleased that they still had my info in the system, which sped up the process. A guy greeted me, listened, took a quick look, and gave me an ultimately correct diagnosis with a price. I decided to shop around at 1st, but came right back a day or two later. Was told it'd be a couple days, but was surprised to get a call 3 hours later that it was done! Picked it up that night and it's been good as new. Highly recommended.”

“Great work done with great care! I received a firm, timely estimate before work began on a studio monitor and a cassette deck. I received a promise that if repairs were not possible or satisfactory I would not be charged, not even for the diagnosis. The estimate was spot on and I was updated at every stage of the repair. More than once I was asked if the cost seemed appropriate and manageable. I'm a fussy, old professional musician/audio guy, in love with my "vintage" gear. Having been hustled in almost every state, I'm naturally leery so I phoned all over the city. Imagine my joy in finding a shop peopled by humans as particular as I am. My gear was in the hands of Marshall, an excellent audio technician. Don't put your gear in the hands of indifferent automatons. (Plenty of those around.) Go with repair people with long and broad experience -- truly nice and well-meaning people. You won't be treated like a number.”
