“Budget Waterproofing recently completed the waterproofing of my Anne Arundel County home. Bill Bollinger and his staff lived up my expectations. They did the job in the allotted time frame- one work week, were diligent in working every day and removing all the demolition and excavated materials; and were clear about the process and post waterproofing things to do. One issue occurred in the course of the work, a cracked pipe that was temporarily repaired. Mr. Bollinger provided an allowance for the future repair. All in all, I am very pleased with Budget Waterproofing's work on my home, and my now dry basement!”

I was loading up drainage pipe for a storm water management project and one of the pipes I stead of tilting down stayed level and came my back widow.Glass Impressions met me and service me at my home same day. My back window was premium with tint, defrost, auto glass everything. They hooked everything back up and help me get back to work. Great work, honest gentlemen. Definitely recommend, and definitely will call back for any future glass needs.”
“Andrew the owner is very easy to work with. His workers did a great job on my mom's kitchen.
Water had seeped down from the gutter above her kitchen window on the inside of the wall. It ruined her entire wall.
The wall, floor, countertop and sink were replaced. They did a fabulous job.
Mom really enjoyed the workers. They were pleasant and stayed late to finish the job.

“I called multiple times to make sure that they had what I needed in stock before I made a 30 min trip . The first few times the phone kept ringing with no answer. I made one final attempt and after the phone rang off the hook someone finally answered ,so I asked if the product I needed was in stock and if it was .how much a bag of it would cost…?The young man said .. hold on let me verify. I was on hold for so long that I myself forgot I was out on hold. Lol I’m not complaining.. this is just funny . They are good people but probably super busy or just under staffed. I reverse a discount lol jk .”
“We have been going here for years! Best place ever for great selection of doors. Windows, flooring, kitchen and bathroom cabinets, even appliances at truly great prices! If you are renovating or just need a dorr or window, you absolutely must go to their monthly (first weekend of every non holiday month) on months with a holiday the 2nd weekend!”
“I had 88 sheetrock delivery and I paid to have them placed into house. The labor told me they don't go up no more than 2 steps. I told him this is Baltimore how many houses only 2 steps. Called HD upset talk to Tamika customer service. She understood and helped me. 5 Stars due to her only”

“I want to acknowledge the Customer Service young man by the name of JoJo at the Parkville location. JoJo, addressed an issue for refunding and crediting funds back to a credit card. The reason why I'm acknowleging JoJo is because of his professionalism, patience and assertiveness in problem solving. What couldn't be done refunding a cancelation of service in the store, he followed through in calling the Home Depot office to assist him, which his professionalism was shown as he dealt with other departments and employees on the phone. This refunding took JoJo quite awhile to resolve but his patience and tone of voice was exceptional. Also, the problem which was resolved by JoJo on today (7/17/24) was presented to the same store on (7/16/24) at Customer Service desk, by another employee the day before, but with no resolve and unhelpful. JoJo should be recognized and his professionalism should be a guideline for the staff. He demonstrated what is missing today in retail Excellent Customer Service. ($99.00 CREDIT for a cancelation of outsourced service). Give that young man an employees recommendation.

“We visited this store on 10/22/2023. It was the most pleasurable experience that i have encountered. MARLAYA was spectacular. She was very helpful and friendly. The level of professionalism that she displayed was simply amazing. I would highly recommend a promotion/raise for her. Anneliese (Supervisor) was very appreciative of my comments to her about MARLAYA. When leaving, SEMIRA was very helpful as well when she initially assisted us with MARLAYA. We were elated when we reached the cash register to check out where we encountered TYNEARA. She was very kind as well. The Super Customer Service that was given to us should be awarded due to the fact that it is very rare to find such a service. I would highly recommend this location in Randallstown, Maryland to all of my friends and family.”
“We purchased carpeting from this Home Depot store. Claudia made sure we were buying the carpeting that best met our needs.
When it came time for the installation we had a problem with the delivery of our carpeting. The store manager Paul got in touch with the installation crew on a Saturday morning and had them contact me to coordinate the installation. Paul then called me back to make sure the installers had contacted me. That's great customer service.”
“I had an annoyingly slow drain in my tub and a friend recommended I rent one of those powerful drain snakes. When I went to pick up 2 young ladies in rental dept ask me a few questions and warned me if I had an old home it could crack my pipes. They suggested I try this manual snake with a nylon end in combination with Zep clog removal. They probably saved me thousands of dollars. I can't thank those young ladies enough. My tub is draining perfectly now and no more pooling. I usually get very little help there but Great service from them!”
“This store is Phenomenal. I called the store manager before coming over to make sure I would be able to be assisted. Corey in lumber/plywood has the best customer service I've experienced in a long time. I told him my previous situation at other lowes and not being able to get the plywood I needed and he helped me find & load the plywood on a bed cart and also cut it for me with zero hesitation. Amy and the other cashier in the Pro section are also very kind and easy to talk to. I am no manager/supervisor of Corey but it would be nice if his manager has a quick chat with him to let him know his work ethic is appreciated.”
“I always find what I'm looking for at Lowe's and the employees are very nice. I love the way it looks in there. Always, so inviting and very easy on the eyes. On Halloween, they had a skeleton wearing a Lowe's vest sitting at a desk, which I found hilarious. It must work the graveyard shift.”

“I HOPE this gets to the Manager or the Owner of This particular store in Glen Burnie because I just want to say with my whole heart that I was treated SOOO VERYYY NICELY & ABOVE & BEYOND by the ladies Trish or Tricia(she has pretty blue hair)& Also the other lady name Vicki that works with her at the Very front of the store at the customer service counter. I came in to look for something & the young lady & Trish/Tricia helped me by pointing me in the right direction & I didn't see it & then Vicki looked it up to help assist me to find Exactly what I wanted. We Both went to the aisle & it wasn't on the floor but instead it was up on the VERY TOP shelf & Vicki generously went to get the step ladder to climb up Safely to get it for me just so I can be satisfied to get what I came for & I'm telling you I REALLY DO APPRECIATE THEM BOTH & I Seriously HOPE & PRAY they get NOTICED & REWARDED for this bcos Every store don't have Great staff that Literally greet you & Also help assist you like way they did just to make sure I was happy. I was put First & Treated VERY NICELY WITHOUT A DOUBT & They're Always sweet to many others & greet them with the same respect & hospitality just like they gave me. This is my regular store that's near me that I go to for the things I need & I Wouldn't want this to go Unmentioned or Unrecognized when they BOTH

“Friendly and clean. I tend to prefer Home Depot over Lowes. It's a bit of a smaller Home Depot so they have the typical stuff, but unfortunately if you need a specialty item you either need to go to a different location or go to Lowes instead. Check for inventory online first.”

“The staff was very polite and helpful. Even though they didn't have the specific item I needed (staff member checked to see if it was in stock). Granted, the item that I wanted was more related to automotive than tools. That's not their specialty. I'm not really surprised they didn't have it. I would gladly go back to this store. She walked us through all the costs/options associated with a dryer we were interested in buying. She worked to get us a much lower price, compared to other merchants, and was able to get us free installation and appliance disposal in accordance with the current sale. She's a top notch employee with excellent customer service skills.”
