“Budget waterproofing provided a super professional experience from the first phone call to finishing the job. Bill, the estimator, was personable, knowledgeable, and thorough. He took the time to explain the issue thoroughly and walk through the various options for remediation. The crew that came out, led by foreman Jose, were professional and careful. They took the time to walk through all the fixes prior to departure. You can tell the employees of this company take a lot of pride in their work. Highly recommend!”

If you are renovating or just need a dorr or window, you absolutely must go to their monthly (first weekend of every non holiday month) on months with a holiday the 2nd weekend!”

“I had to come to this location after work this evening for an item that said online they had a quantity of 4 left (My surrounding local Home Depot's had none) A young lady name Sabrina was nearby to help and I asked if she could check where the others may be because the 1 that was left, the box was opened. She checked in her system and in the aisle, and could not locate the others then said "Let me plug it up, check it out and make sure it's ok". We proceeded to find an outlet and the item was in good, working condition. Then she noticed a minuscule crack on the base of the item but told me how it can be fixed and gave me a % off of it. Because I drove 40 mins from my local Home Depot, I was fine with making the purchase and had a gift card to use. I had to Yelp about Sabrina because I feel like she went above & beyond to help me as they paged her a couple of times over the intercom for assistance in another dept, but she spent that time with me. Her and the young lady at the register name Asia were pleasant. Thanks for providing good service at this Home Depot.”

Mr Blaise, and the lady at Pro desk (whose name I don't recall, but I'll try to place it here next time) literally got me out the stress. “I had 88 sheetrock delivery and I paid to have them placed into house. The labor told me they don't go up no more than 2 steps. I told him this is Baltimore how many houses only 2 steps. Called HD upset talk to Tamika customer service. She understood and helped me. 5 Stars due to her only”

“We had an exceptional experience working with Dragon Scale! Andrew is professional, patient and pleasant! His customer service is excellent.
Our first experience was when he assisted us with designing and picking out the cabinets and tiles for the renovation of our primary bathroom. The entire process was top notch...from the visit to his showroom where he has a variety of samples to the delivery of the cabinets, tiles and materials. Andrew is very knowledgeable and listens to make sure he has a grasp on the clients vision.
For our second experience, Andrew served as our GC on the total renovation of our kitchen. I cannot say enough good things about how great he took care of us and every single detail. From design, permits, cabinets, materials, labor, plumbing, electrical, paint...everything was handled to our total and complete satisfaction. His crew is professional and polite. They clean up after every work day. Most importantly, Andrew committed to our timeline and delivered as promised. Whenever there was a question or concern, Andrew was reachable and responsive. We are so pleased with all of his work and would, without a doubt, use Dragon Scale's services again and again! Thank you very much Andrew and team!!!”
“I called multiple times to make sure that they had what I needed in stock before I made a 30 min trip . The first few times the phone kept ringing with no answer. I made one final attempt and after the phone rang off the hook someone finally answered ,so I asked if the product I needed was in stock and if it was .how much a bag of it would cost…?The young man said .. hold on let me verify. I was on hold for so long that I myself forgot I was out on hold. Lol I’m not complaining.. this is just funny . They are good people but probably super busy or just under staffed. I reverse a discount lol jk .”
“I always find what I'm looking for at Lowe's and the employees are very nice. I love the way it looks in there. Always, so inviting and very easy on the eyes. On Halloween, they had a skeleton wearing a Lowe's vest sitting at a desk, which I found hilarious. It must work the graveyard shift.”
“I highly recommend ProSource of Columbia for any of your flooring needs. The showroom is impressive with a large variety of flooring choice samples. I was looking for vinyl plank flooring and was pleased with the amount of samples they had to help me make my decision. Marco was helping me with my sample choices and gave me the information I needed on each one also carrying them to the car for me. Once I got the samples home I was able to make a decision and Marco was great throughout the whole ordering process.My contractor had lots of questions for Marco about installing the floor and Marco made sure I had all the correct information to give to the contractor. Marco’s expertise and professionalism far exceeded my expectations.”

“I had an annoyingly slow drain in my tub and a friend recommended I rent one of those powerful drain snakes. When I went to pick up 2 young ladies in rental dept ask me a few questions and warned me if I had an old home it could crack my pipes. They suggested I try this manual snake with a nylon end in combination with Zep clog removal. They probably saved me thousands of dollars. I can't thank those young ladies enough. My tub is draining perfectly now and no more pooling. I usually get very little help there but Great service from them!”

“We purchased carpeting from this Home Depot store. Claudia made sure we were buying the carpeting that best met our needs.
When it came time for the installation we had a problem with the delivery of our carpeting. The store manager Paul got in touch with the installation crew on a Saturday morning and had them contact me to coordinate the installation. Paul then called me back to make sure the installers had contacted me. That's great customer service.”
“This store is Phenomenal. I called the store manager before coming over to make sure I would be able to be assisted. Corey in lumber/plywood has the best customer service I've experienced in a long time. I told him my previous situation at other lowes and not being able to get the plywood I needed and he helped me find & load the plywood on a bed cart and also cut it for me with zero hesitation. Amy and the other cashier in the Pro section are also very kind and easy to talk to. I am no manager/supervisor of Corey but it would be nice if his manager has a quick chat with him to let him know his work ethic is appreciated.”

“I HOPE this gets to the Manager or the Owner of This particular store in Glen Burnie because I just want to say with my whole heart that I was treated SOOO VERYYY NICELY & ABOVE & BEYOND by the ladies Trish or Tricia(she has pretty blue hair)& Also the other lady name Vicki that works with her at the Very front of the store at the customer service counter. I came in to look for something & the young lady & Trish/Tricia helped me by pointing me in the right direction & I didn't see it & then Vicki looked it up to help assist me to find Exactly what I wanted. We Both went to the aisle & it wasn't on the floor but instead it was up on the VERY TOP shelf & Vicki generously went to get the step ladder to climb up Safely to get it for me just so I can be satisfied to get what I came for & I'm telling you I REALLY DO APPRECIATE THEM BOTH & I Seriously HOPE & PRAY they get NOTICED & REWARDED for this bcos Every store don't have Great staff that Literally greet you & Also help assist you like way they did just to make sure I was happy. “We visited this store on 10/22/2023. It was the most pleasurable experience that i have encountered. MARLAYA was spectacular. She was very helpful and friendly. The level of professionalism that she displayed was simply amazing. I would highly recommend a promotion/raise for her. Anneliese (Supervisor) was very appreciative of my comments to her about MARLAYA. When leaving, SEMIRA was very helpful as well when she initially assisted us with MARLAYA. We were elated when we reached the cash register to check out where we encountered TYNEARA. She was very kind as well. The Super Customer Service that was given to us should be awarded due to the fact that it is very rare to find such a service. I would highly recommend this location in Randallstown, Maryland to all of my friends and family.”
“Friendly and clean. I tend to prefer Home Depot over Lowes. It's a bit of a smaller Home Depot so they have the typical stuff, but unfortunately if you need a specialty item you either need to go to a different location or go to Lowes instead. Check for inventory online first.”

She walked us through all the costs/options associated with a dryer we were interested in buying. She worked to get us a much lower price, compared to other merchants, and was able to get us free installation and appliance disposal in accordance with the current sale. She's a top notch employee with excellent customer service skills.”
