“Hi all, my name is cesario from ny and i just would like to share a short experience, ok, well we would like to go for vacations and viste our family in Baltimore md my wife and kids because we love outdoors etc, so in one of our trips down there my wife ask me? why weren't buying a house and come for vacation anytime we want and have our own place, so I start calling realtors and agents etc and nothing, they closing doors for us and never see light at the end, so after I try and try different realtors and lenders I found this angels, first I call the realtors his name is Christopher lutz fromBERKSHIRE HATHAWAY HOME SERVICE HOME SALE REALTY, and from the first worlds I hear I knew this was the person and help with every question every concern that I have and he send me with my other angel ASHLEY CURLETT FROM FEDERAL HILL MORTGAGE she is the person that make our dream happen really hard workers,professionals I have no words or descriptions if it was for me I would look the sky and give her all the stars in the world, because I have no words to appreciate what they really doing she have the best team and together they make a lot of things happens, and I really appreciate what they doing for us, now we have our house and my wife and kids they are really happy. “Where to begin. I mean looking at these reviews I understand how hesitant you would be even to try or talk or even bother to go in. So I'll tell the the whole truth nothing but the truth. It was flawless right from the beginning, getting the loan my actual 1st car loan , 1st car off a dealership, doing the paper work, getting full coverage which I forgot because I literally never had or needed full coverage I'm my own mechanic and have access in that industry. Literally the whole process was fast but did take some normal time I forget the lady that helped me she was very knowledgeable and on point with everything I needed to know and do to get the process I wrecked my car totaled it to crazy rays found my new car got approved and did all the paperwork drove my new car home in 4hours. I appreciated all the help she did and she took my 1st payment today no issues in and out in 5minutes. I can only speak for myself but if you go in with an attitude thinking negative then don't think it was there ignorance that messed it up. “I have my home mortgage through Rosedale Federal. I recently refinanced with them. They are a tremendous organization for home mortgages. I have had other (shyster) mortgage companies in the past, and actually had one hold my payment to collect late fees. Unscrupulous practices like that do not occur at Rosedale Federal. They offer multiple methods of payment. (Mail, drive thru window, on line). I highly recommend Rosedale Federal......your hometown lender!”

The next business day 01/29/2024 I attended Glen Burnie branch in Maryland. Where I was told, there’ s nothing much that could be done for me other than filing a claim. On December 30th, my mom and I visited this location because we needed last-minute help opening a new account. That's when we had the pleasure of meeting with Relationship Manager Heidi Kouobou. She didn't just help us open an account, but she truly showed she cared about our experience. My mother, who only speaks Spanish, was dreading going to the bank because she thought she would not understand. However, that was not the case here. Heidi, who is originally from Africa, shocked us by speaking to my mother in Spanish and explaining every step in detail. Did I mention she also speaks German?! Unreal. Thank you so much Heidi for being such an amazing manager and for having such patience with us, especially the day before NYE. We can't wait to meet with you again!!!”
“It is a great bank in town, I don't have my account here but my Father in law does deal with this bank as a customer and sometimes I am with him and I see staff is very helpful and not too long lines either also they have good benefits for account holders as free checking account and offering with good credit up to $50,000 line of credit. Must be a lot more.”
