“We are regular customers at the Home Depot is Westminster MD, and we have found the customer service her to be very good in general. However, when we tried to get an estimate for installing a backsplash in our kitchen, we had a very difficult time getting anyone to help us. Phone calls to the store were routed all over the place, and nobody seemed to have any suggestions of who we were supposed to talk with. Even at store level, we were told we had to get a whole kitchen remodel, if we wanted a backsplash installed. There was one bright spot in our experience. Nanette was amazing. We just happened to see her working at her desk and explained our issue. She immediately took ownership of the situation and got us scheduled for an estimate. She was the only one of a half dozen other employees that took an interest in us. Nanette, thank you for going above and beyond to help us out.
