“To the 3 wonderful women today 4/11/26 at Berkeley Springs Truist you are a godsend!!! I had to come in with my son who is nonverbal and level 3 autism. He had been having a rough morning with a meltdown lasting over an hour total. He is also aggressive and STRONG! The moment I walked in a worker came up and tried to give him a toy to calm him. When that didn’t work I warned her of his aggression and she didn’t even bat an eye. She said it would be perfectly fine and took him to her office while I got what I needed done. I was watching them the entire time (for both of their safety). She was doing everything to try to calm him. Redirecting him with high fives, offering different toys and stuffed animals, asking what he needed if noise was too loud, ect. I left that building crying….A THANKFUL CRY! People like those amazing women are VERY few and far between in our world! I didn’t even get your names in the chaos but just know how much I truly appreciate your understanding and how amazing you are!”
“I love All the ladies at my bank. They're sooo good to me. They make me feel like family. I always get a great friendly greeting. We all share laughs and they make sure I never leave anything behind (which I always did). And, they always have oreos for me when I leave. Our bank and tellers are the best!!!!
