I went to the Laurel location first. They were rude, cold and not helpful. I Walked in and everyone sat like a bunch of lazy bumps on a log. No one wanted to help me. This is that new lackluster customer service that seems to be the norm these days. Take your business to the Hanover location. Tiffany and the crew will take care of you.”
