“I love the Naked Lunch Kitchen! Where do I start??! Their house-made dressings are AMAZING. My go to menu item are the jackfruit tacos with the spicy crema and regular crema. Now, the location in Ivy City DC call it spicy and regular crema. Here, though it says spicy crema on the jackfruit taco description, the staff will act confused and then share its the buffalo dressing. Whatever, just smother my tacos! The dressings are THAT GOOD! The tzatziki and jalapeño lime vinaigrette are my next faves! I've tried other times on the menu, but my second go to is often a build your own. The pickled onions are a staple for me. MOM's is an overall a nice spot to shop and find clean, organic food. The prices for some items are definitely higher than your Whole Foods or Trader Joe's, but I am willing to pay for convenience and the lesser crowds when it comes to my shopping experience. The familiar faces in my neighborhood location in Ivy City and the fact that they knew me as a frequent shopper made for a very personable shopping experience. Try the jackfruit tacos and prepare to be obsessed! :)”

“Relatively decent health food store. Did not find the employees to be very friendly but not rude. You should have a good knowledge of what you are looking for before arriving. However, the store did have all the items we were looking for that day. Larger than our regular health food store. Parking is great which is good because driving here is a ways. Worth it if you are natural food oriented.”

She was knowledgeable of the products and sales, buy one get one half off, then upgraded my membership to pro for a small additional fee so I walked out with everything I needed and for a great price ?.”

“Great location on 8th Ave and corner 24th St, salad bar expensive $14.99 a pound, better of going to a restaurant because 2 pound of salad is $29.80 and you can have a BBQ meal and a Pina Colada nearby BBQ Restaurant. Clean place.”

“This place has become my little pleasure after I go to the gym on the weekends. I went both this past Saturday and Sunday and got a 32oz Banana Berry (Blast?) smoothie, that is so very tasty and soothing on my way home. I like that it has protein and is filling, plus not terribly high in calories.I've already decided this is going to be a regular thing after gym, so the folks there better get used to my face! =)”

“I'm very impressed with the way that this location has responded to the pandemic. I'm sure it's not easy for any business to adjust to this "new normal" but this location has been organized, thorough, and responsive during this time. Something as simple as having employees at the entrance to manage how many people come into the store and making sure everyone has a sanitized cart, for example, gives me peace of mind. Also, having security at the front to ensure that everyone who enters is wearing a face mask. These are stressful times and I appreciate knowing that the store that I frequent the most seems to be taking the extra steps to keep their business and their customers safe. Thank you :)”

“We usually shop here for organic foods, especially for meat, fish, and green products. It has a big free parking lot with a few charging stations. It’s right in front of a park-lake, so can walk around right after shopping. Overall, it is pricy, but worth the quality and the location.”
