“James M. review update: I called Stansberry research and was helped by a nice lady. She explained that I purchased a service one year ago. I have several. It had an autorenewal. I either forgot about the renewal or did not read the entire contract. She said that I had 30 days to cancel. I cancelled and received a full refund in in seven business days. I do read the investing information I receive from them. I would give them five stars for their customer service and four and a half for material content.”

“Contrary to a lot of experiences in here. I was able to get in and out fairly quick.Only reason it isn't 5 stars is that the person I was working with kept trying to sell me a credit card or a loan. There was a point at which, after I said no, I felt like she was just going to sign me up for a credit card anyway.And I don't blame her for doing it, im sure its something that management there pushes you to do. So the fault lies there... But it definitely left a bad taste in my mouth.People hate to be sold things. If you all pump the breaks a bit more and focus on making your customers happy, im sure you would see more people utilize this bank.”

“Shawn Staub is the branch manager and he is most accommodating and helps in some of my business transactions such as wiring funds and has great suggestions for my business banking needs. I left Bank of America 12 years ago for PNC for good reason.”
“This location is a few blocks up from my job. I rarely go into branches but this one in particular normally provides good service. I've never seen more than about two teller windows open but they are usually pleasant and efficient with my transaction, even the security guard greets you when you enter the building. I've used the ATM several time and have had no issues. Will continue to visit this branch when I need to.”

“The hours listed on Yelp have changed, this location closes at 5:00pm. During the pandemic uprise, my local Wells Fargo closed their lobby and only allowed drive thru transactions. My service needs were to obtain foreign currency (USD to Pesos) so I had to go to a branch whose lobby was open. We made it to the bank literally at 4:59 and the doors were still unlocked to my surprise. A few others followed behind us and then they locked their doors at 5:05pm. Now, that's great service, we would have thought the doors would have been locked upon our arrival. Never the less, I provided my confirmation number (ordered the pesos over the phone and for some reason they couldn't be delivered) and completed my transaction. Great job Wells Fargo!”
