“I was coming in looking for a gift for my mother. I was immediately greeted by Arianna who was very friendly. She asked me if I needed help to which I explained to her what I was looking for. She took her time to show me everything and I never once felt pressured. She gave me the space I needed to make a decision but still checked up on me periodically.
