If you cant keep your office open and serve your customers don't even take reservations. All of you guys are pushing your customers to Hertz as if they are Masters in handling this. None of you have zero responsibility towards your customers. Great job.

The clerk was the most wonderful woman. She was very kind and helpful. She saw that I was thirsty and went in the back and got me a cold bottle of water.
