“I went in today for a few reasons, biggest reason was because my SIM card stopped working. I waited for a few minutes then got helped by Angie. She was an insane help. From removing a device from my plan, to handling my entire upgrade process. She was, by far, one of the most professional and helpful Verizon reps I’ve ever had in my nine years of being with Verizon. She answered every question I had and made the process incredibly easy. Even while my phone was taking a while to transfer, she was very friendly and made wonderful conversation while we waited. If I could give more stars due to just her customer service, I would!”
