“I went in to verizon to inquire about some information in regarding to purchasing a cellphone. The associate whom was so very helpful, and patient with me name was Demetrius. Demetrius provided exceptional service to me. I have been to other verizon locations but this by far was the best verizon experience i ever had. OMG and upon me leaving Demetrius also provided backpack for my children for next school year! Thankyou so much Demetrius.”

“I just would like to say I didn't have a really good opinion about AT&T but after coming here my opinion has changed the customer service is excellent the they're very professional also they did everything I asked him to do and more I must say this location right here is the best they really changed my opinion about AT&T even though I don't have an AT&T phone if I need a phone I will come in to get one just because of the service thank you and have a good day”

“Went in last night Saturday 11/22/2025. Wish I would’ve got the workers name. Young guy. I was having a terrible issue with my charging port. I thought for sure I’d be paying for a new phone. Dude went above and beyond to clean the entire thing out and it’s working perfectly now. I typically wouldn’t go out of my way to write a review but this dude definitely deserves it. The manager there needs to recognize what a great worker you’ve got.”

“My boyfriend and I came in looking to get our upgrade and had the pleasure of having Camrin help us.
They didn't have the phones we were wanting so I came back a few days later and he ordered the phones for us and we came back Tuesday to get them.
He was so helpful and kind; it felt like we were talking to a real person, not a robot!
I hope he's still at this location when we go to upgrade again!”
