“Deserving of the high ratings - I chose this location to mail wedding invitations from due to the high ratings. I purchased non machinable stamps, which cost more, and somehow left the office with 60 though I purchased 80. When I came back the next morning, they had the last sheet of stamps waiting for me without hassle. Thanks to the friendly clerk who called her post master to confirm rather than just sending me away. Really appreciated the quality customer service.”

“This is a small office with only one staff working. She is the professional and friendly who always welcome customers and tries her best to serve. Sometimes she locks the door to get a coffee next door. Please be patient if that happens since she is the only one who hold the position. I wish her the best in this holiday season.”

“Hands down best post office I’ve been to. The staff are extremely friendly and knowledgeable, they definitely make you feel welcome & they make sure you don’t spend too much time in line as they get to everyone as quickly as possible. There are other post offices that are closer to me however, I prefer to drive drive an additional 15 minutes because you just don’t get the type of quality service elsewhere. Hats off to the the staff here.”

Christine always lends her ear and gives me pep talks, consoling me, encouraging me that I can make it through my dilemma, she’s an Angel, she’s a rose in a sea of thorns, one of the most polite and humble and caring woman that I ever met. I have no biases against anyone, and she’s not biased towards anyone either, because Christine talks to everyone the same like a genuine human person to another genuine human person. I have to for shame these 4 of 1 star reviews because I have a educated guess is that those guests claims are dishonest because I am certain those customers had a higher paying career that could have influenced the 1 star posts, I’m more humble than them, and I have so much empathy, and I am not pompous. Ms. Farrah is so amazing, she likes to help every customer, when I am there with her I like to rotate the other customers first before trading quarters for dollars because they say they’re always low on change, so I remain polite enough to walk again to the back of the line so that I don’t mess with other customers daily errands. I enjoy how patience Mrz. Christine has, and I always notice how nice her earrings look when she wears some. Christine and Reba almost use this one particular line, usually on a customer about to leave to do other stuff, she’s a sweetie.”

“The Burtonsville Office processes passport applications and rush them to the Passport Office.
There is an array of packing materials for sale, which include bubble wrap, clear tape, decorative padded envelopes, priority tape and boxes, and plain boxes and envelopes. I like the clear tape the best. The brown tape didn't stay in place very long.
I enjoy looking at their book of forever stamps. The staff are friendly and attend to customers' needs.”

“I went this postal office yesterday twice.
With the reason of not receiving of forwarded mail. The clerk here explained clearly and easily of their policy changed. That the change of address have to be confirmed with drivers license with a clerk evenif I had sent the change of address request form through the App.
Second time she explained that certified mail is also categorised as first class mail, so, if I want to be sure to be delivered I'd better send it through certified mail.
She was kind and easy to understand for me.
This post office used be somewhat notorios of unkind and strange, so, I used to avoid this place. However, from last year, it seems like this place is changing to be better.
The clerk who helped me yesterday was Kang Park, if I remember her name correctly.”

“Contrary to the very rude customers writing vicious comments here about the food employees at the Enchanted Forest Post Office, I love the employees there! I live a mile away, and I have been a customer for at least twenty years. I have always found the employees to be polite, kind, friendly and professional. They work hard for the money. “I walked into the post office here at Dobbin and I was met with three lovely ladies and it was Toni K and Shawnee. Oh my goodness I didn’t know where to go and they said well. Come on up here we’ll help you out and I said oh well thank you because I didn’t know where to go and it’s just been laughing and Service the whole time. I’m in here and I’ve been in here about maybe about three minutes now and he scanned my work get me through And so when I have to go back to the post office I’m gonna choose Columbia post office. “This is NOT a post office. It is basically a distribution center. If you need to send a letter or package, or do any other post office-related thing, find a branch that just says "post office". Don't make my mistake and drive around the building for 15 min trying to find an entrance. SMH”

“I'm amazed at all these negative reviews - this is my preferred post office (Main Street is awful, and Montpellier is always too crowded), never had a bad employee or an issue with service. Wait times are of course long during covid, but I'll still be treated better here than other locations.”

“Huge thank you to Dorian at Wheaton Post Office and the carrier (I don't know his name) delivering to 1111 University Blvd for their professionalism, commitment and outstanding customer service! I was expecting an international package and the address on the package was not clearly printed. Dorian did not return the package as undeliverable. He left several voicemails on my phone in an attempt to reach me. I called post office several times to follow up on the status of my delivery and every time Dorian answered the phone after 1 ring which is very impressive! With Dorian's help I was able to arrange a pickup for my package and today my child will be able to enjoy the birthday gifts sent by his grandma. Thank you for going above and beyond and not giving up. Your caring makes all the difference! Exceptional service!”
