“I've been using this shop for a while now. Bob's fixed every problem I brought him in a timely fashion. I do shop around even though I know I'm bringing my car to him. I have AAA and his prices are always lower than their shops. Beware, however, there is no real office to sit in if you need that. It's there, but it's not really for sitting. Great staff though. I'm not going anywhere anytime soon.”
“I need front brakes on my rogue someone at auto zone gave me the wrong brakes! But Sherman help me get the right brakes he kept trying to find someone who had my brakes and lucky he found someone he had them . My brakes was getting bad I thought I would have to drive home and park my truck! Great manner and customer service. Both mechanics had great customer service! I would bring my truck back! Thanks guys . The manger or owner was great too.”
“This shop worked for a day and a half to diagnose the issue with my work truck but it turned out to be something they don’t repair. Andy communicated with me throughout the diagnoses, gave me all the information to pass along to the next ship, and refused to charge me for his time, stating that he only charges to fix problems. That kind of integrity is growing increasingly rare! My trust has been earned for any future repair needs!”

“I have been coming here since 2013 (about 10 years) and I don't have one single complaint about the service! One day I went in because I hit a big rock and thought it probably destroyed my under carriage. They checked my car, and when I asked how much I owed, they said it was free! WHO DOES THAT??? Seriously - most places I can't go because they will make stuff up just to get money off me - but these folks are offering me free diagnostics and air in my tires!!! Now don't go in there looking for freebies, but do go in there looking for people who will deal with you honestly! I read one or two of their bad reviews and I figure - nobody's perfect. Take a chance on these guys, it is worth it!”

“I took my Jeep wrangler in to be serviced by this automotive shop and I would definitely take it back for future services. I was having an issue with the cooling system and this shop was able to get me in same day and complete the repairs the same day. They also suggested services for another issue that was related to the main issue I took my vehicle in for the first place; so I am glad they told me right then and there so that the issue could be addressed. That repair was also done in a timely manner and I was able to retrieve my vehicle the next day. There are too many times you have dishonest people who would not have even mentioned the other issue and let you take your vehicle away only to have to bring it back for more services and more money. This shop DID NOT do that, they let me know right away and I appreciate that. I would definitely take my vehicle back to this shop if I needed to.”
