AA Auto Service Center was on my way home, so I decided to stop in and also get a quote. AA's quote was a fraction of the price, so I gave them a chance. I dropped my vehicle off in the morning and the employee said it would probably be done the next day. I was pleasantly surprised to get a call that afternoon saying my vehicle was ready to be picked up. If the pricing and service is always this good, I will definitely be back.”

“At one point, I hated shopping at this Autozone. I would drive to any other store or order at home. But I need a tool on Tuesday and I was running out of daylight so I decided to go to the store near my house. When I arrived, Dariona greeted me with a smile. I walk around and look for the tool. “Upon referral, I took my car here for an alignment on a Saturday morning. The owner/manager was super nice and knowledgeable and my car was serviced right away. It was put on an electronic alignment machine and it was completed in less than an hour. I went back and told the gentleman (not the owner/manager) who did the alignment it was still pulling and I had to make the car steer straight. He called me a "liar" and was very rude to me, saying I did something to the car. He performed another alignment to fix the problem and returned the car to me when done. However, when driving off, the car still pulled and I still had to make the car steer straight. Rather than go back, I called my mechanic and he referred me to his alignment person. I went right away and it was done. My car drive like its brand new. He said even though it might have been done twice by Temple Hills Tire & Auto, the person obviously did not know what they were doing. Beware!”

He thoroughly explained the insurance and encouraged me to have a test drive even though, as a novice driver, I was a little nervous.
