“I never leave reviews but Columbia Pike Laundry saved us this week! Our washer and dryer both broke and we had a huge backlog of laundry. After another laundry service fell through, I found Columbia Pike and was able to have them pickup and drop off all 6 huge bags of laundry within 24 hours. Nothing short of amazing. Everything is perfectly folded and organized - they even paired our socks for us. If we ever get another laundry backlog I will 1000% be using them. On time for both pickup and drop off and overall amazing.”
“Many machines to pick from, I brought my own detergent just in case I didn't have enough cash. Had decent sized amount of clothes which all fit perfectly into the machines, washed within 20ish minutes, and put in dryer for 30ish minutes. They have a change machine, restroom, and chairs to sit at. I'll be coming back here for future washes.”
“I can’t say enough good things about Laundry Station. The place is super clean - The staff workers that were there the two times I’ve gone were constantly cleaning. Vacuuming out lint traps, wiping down surfaces of the folding tables, and other general cleaning. The machines that are out of service are clearly marked. And there’s not many ones that are out of service.
They have washers in many different sizes, the smallest being $3 a load and the largest being $7 a load. Different size dryers as well, the largest being $2 a load.
If you’re like me and never carry cash, they use an app to pay for the machines and it’s super convenient and even tells you the time left on the machine, so you can run out and do errands if you need to.
They have drinks and snacks for purchase if you get hungry, laundry detergents if you forget yours at home like I did (although they are pricey!). And also sell laundry bags.
They supposedly have free WiFi, however the password behind the center didn’t work for me. But at least my cell had good service in the area.
Overall, I would highly recommend Laundry Station for your laundry needs!”
“This laundromat makes laundry day suck a little less! The staff here is so friendly and very clean! I left my blanket behind and they kept it safe until I returned.
I mentioned to Jasmin that it was my first time coming here and she gave me a walk thru, which I really appreciated. She’s the best! They have 80lbs. Washers to 20lbs. And could be operated by coins or their Speedqueen app. It’s super efficient!”
“This was a godsend when my washer went out. With 3 laundromats within a mile, this one stands out. Personable, helpful, and clean. Guadeloupe is fantastic, she was approachable and super helpful my first time there. I would highly recommend!”
“Wow!! Skips is a nice liquor store in the neighborhood that has been there for a very long time at one time there was a crowd of folks that hung around the store all day begging for money but they have cleaned it up and you feel much safer going there now”

I once thought a zipper on my dress was broken and brought it in for repair. Lucy quickly identified that it was just a piece of lace caught in the zipper. She fixed it on the spot and didn’t charge me a dime. I appreciate that I have them right in the corner and I highly recommend this business for all your laundry, dry cleaning, and alteration needs.”

“Really fantastic customer service and good quality work. Needed a 24 hour turnaround on a suit adjustment and a repair on the seat of a pair of suit pants that thought no way could be saved. We'll they saved them, they delivered on time. And they waited for me to get there after minutes after close when I called. Dry cleaning is good quality as well. Can't recommend enough”

“I was googling shoe cleaning businesses near me and found Sole Wash so I called and the owner answered the phone and told me when she would be at the shop. I went the next day with my suede flats to be cleaned and although it took a little over a month to get them back due to a recent flood in the building, she did a great job. Plus first time customers get a nice discount! Parking is tight on Pennsylvania Ave SE so park around the corner or near Trader Joes and walk across the street (if you buy something at Trader Joes, they will validate your parking in their garage). The owner is super nice and very responsive to texts/calls from customers checking on the status of their shoes. I highly recommend this black owned business and wish the owner continued success.”

“I have bern using Cupid Cleaners for more than 6 years. Every time I drop off or pick up my clothes, I am always met with a smile, a hullo and quick to get my dry cleaned clothes from suits to shirts to ties. I have never had a problem or if a spot was not quite gone they are quick to re-do the tie. I love our quick discussions of how they are doing and visa versa. A few times I have walked in and waited my turn only to see the client being rude, loud and demanding. The staff were ALWAYS POLITE & would just go quiet as the person was shouting his displeasure. The service here has been great, and we’ve had no issues at all getting our clothes on time. Even though we have a few dry cleaning places closer to us, we have been so satisfied with this place that it’s worth the extra time to come here. Highly recommend!”

“Came here on a visit and realized the hotel didn’t have an in-house laundry machines. Not a regular laundromat user, and the attendant was not wholly friendly per se, but was definitely nice enough and very helpful with all my questions. The machines were clean and functional. About 30 minutes for wash, and same to dry for about a week of laundry for a family of four. Roughly $10-15 with detergent. Wasn’t paying much attention. Machine timers seemed pretty close to accurate albeit inconsistent e.g. some minutes on the timer would go very quickly, some were longer, but the overall timing was close to accurate. Clientele was largely Spanish speaking, but really that affected only the language on the TV audio. Everyone there was respectful.”
“We love Ivory! My son is in JROTC. So we have to get his uniform cleaned on a regular basis. We also have to get the uniform altered periodically; teens. They do an amazing job with both! The prices are very reasonable too.”
