“I never leave reviews but Columbia Pike Laundry saved us this week! Our washer and dryer both broke and we had a huge backlog of laundry. After another laundry service fell through, I found Columbia Pike and was able to have them pickup and drop off all 6 huge bags of laundry within 24 hours. Nothing short of amazing. Everything is perfectly folded and organized - they even paired our socks for us. If we ever get another laundry backlog I will 1000% be using them. On time for both pickup and drop off and overall amazing.”
“Many machines to pick from, I brought my own detergent just in case I didn't have enough cash. Had decent sized amount of clothes which all fit perfectly into the machines, washed within 20ish minutes, and put in dryer for 30ish minutes. They have a change machine, restroom, and chairs to sit at. I'll be coming back here for future washes.”

“My first time ever using a laundromat because our washing machine just stopped working. I was a little nervous at first but this place is squeaky clean and organized, easy payment with coins, mobile app and touch screen machine too. They have clean bathroom too which i appreciate. We $5.25 for the 30lbs washer (paid extra to use the white setting) and $2.50 for 40mins dryer! Definitely recommending this location to others.”

“I can’t say enough good things about Cleveland Park Valet. The quality is always spot on, whether it is dry cleaning, alterations, or shoe repairs. Bobby and Peter are absolute pros and a pleasure to deal with every time. They even offer notary services for a tiny fee and handle it quickly and professionally, which has saved me more than once. The parking in the back is a huge bonus now that the Cleveland Park service lane is gone. And as a sweet final touch, they are always so kind to my beagle, who now expects a friendly hello and a treat whenever we stop by. “I usually come here for dry cleaning, but this time I trusted them with a much harder job, restoring two pairs of white satin bridal heels (Prada and Aquazzura) that had serious grass stains, plus a pair of Alexander McQueen boots that needed sole replaced. The results were incredible. Both satin heels look basically new, which I honestly didn’t think was possible. The cobbler did a fantastic job and handled everything with so much care. Clothing comes back immaculate and perfectly hung. I have taken in several high-end articles of clothing to be tailored and repaired and each has returned to me looking exactly as they did when I bought them.
The owner is extremely helpful when I visit him what feels like twice a week. I always have my frisky, nosy dog with me and am dropping off a dozen items as well as picking up a dozen more. He helps me carefully contain the fresh laundry into my bag and is always impeccably patient and efficient.
Did I mention the affordability for this quality is a wonder of the world? The first few times I used these services my jaw actually dropped.
There is no reason to go anywhere else.”

“This is less expensive than a laundromat that is closer to me. $3.25 for a small/medium sized washer machine, $6 for a bigger machine. All machines are speed queens which are indestrucible. The dryers are $0.25 per 10 minutes. The place is very clean, there is a vending machinw with a variety of snacks and drinks. It is a narrow space but there are ample machines. The attendants are very kind and friendly and will assist you if you need it.”
“Hurt cleaned my wedding gown twice - once for spot treatments around the hem after bridal portraits and then a full cleaning after the wedding - and they could not have done a better job! Turn around time and service was great, and they were able to get out all of the stubborn stains too, all at a very fair price for the area. Definitely recommend!”

Before I went there, I was suspicious for their service and the equipment status.
However, the staff is very patient to help me and explained me how the laundry machine works.
In my personal comment, I will go to the laundry for it's service again.
Although the previous client took some bad pictures about this laundry store, it is improved today.
