“This organization is a jewel in my community. My clothing is always ready on time as requested. They also do a marvelous job on hemming your pants and they match the thread to the thread in other areas of your pants. Great job and the prices are reasonable.”
“I never leave reviews but Columbia Pike Laundry saved us this week! Our washer and dryer both broke and we had a huge backlog of laundry. After another laundry service fell through, I found Columbia Pike and was able to have them pickup and drop off all 6 huge bags of laundry within 24 hours. Nothing short of amazing. Everything is perfectly folded and organized - they even paired our socks for us. If we ever get another laundry backlog I will 1000% be using them. On time for both pickup and drop off and overall amazing.”

“I stumbled onto this place looking for a restroom. Lol. I was looking for something to purchase so I can be considered as a customer. The gentlemen allowed me to use their facility. Before leaving I promised to return as a customer . I returned that following Saturday and was really amazed by the services and machines. First I made sure to have some change. Shortly after, I realized they have an app based system. The place is very clean. Machines are practically new. The prices are within my range.
I really enjoy coming here to wash.”
“Many machines to pick from, I brought my own detergent just in case I didn't have enough cash. Had decent sized amount of clothes which all fit perfectly into the machines, washed within 20ish minutes, and put in dryer for 30ish minutes. They have a change machine, restroom, and chairs to sit at. I'll be coming back here for future washes.”
“My first time ever using a laundromat because our washing machine just stopped working. I was a little nervous at first but this place is squeaky clean and organized, easy payment with coins, mobile app and touch screen machine too. They have clean bathroom too which i appreciate. We $5.25 for the 30lbs washer (paid extra to use the white setting) and $2.50 for 40mins dryer! Definitely recommending this location to others.”

“I enjoy this laundry location it is a great environment and good prices, close to home and amazing workers like Ana who always helps anybody in need with a smile on her face always. She is a great people person who cares about her community who comes to wash like myself and family. Only thing I would ask the management that they bring back soap they would give to customers in finical need. “I love doing my laundry here! The employees are polite and very helpful. Earlier today, the associate noticed that my dryer wasn't heating properly. She checked the machine, explained what was wrong and asked me to switch to another machine; she then immediately reimbursed me what I had paid.
There are comfortable waiting areas, television and free parking.”

Bobby and Peter are absolute pros and a pleasure to deal with every time. They even offer notary services for a tiny fee and handle it quickly and professionally, which has saved me more than once. The parking in the back is a huge bonus now that the Cleveland Park service lane is gone. And as a sweet final touch, they are always so kind to my beagle, who now expects a friendly hello and a treat whenever we stop by. I completely forgot to pick it up for almost a year because I was so busy. When I finally came back this winter, they had kept it in perfect condition! Such care and attention to detail — truly amazing!”
“I usually come here for dry cleaning, but this time I trusted them with a much harder job, restoring two pairs of white satin bridal heels (Prada and Aquazzura) that had serious grass stains, plus a pair of Alexander McQueen boots that needed sole replaced. The results were incredible. Both satin heels look basically new, which I honestly didn’t think was possible. The cobbler did a fantastic job and handled everything with so much care. Couldn’t be happier - truly exceeded my expectations. Thank you so much!”

“Best dry-cleaner in all of DC. The gentleman who runs this operation does it fully solo and never, ever misses a beat. Turns drop-offs into pick-ups in the blink of an eye.
Clothing comes back immaculate and perfectly hung. I have taken in several high-end articles of clothing to be tailored and repaired and each has returned to me looking exactly as they did when I bought them.
The owner is extremely helpful when I visit him what feels like twice a week. I always have my frisky, nosy dog with me and am dropping off a dozen items as well as picking up a dozen more. He helps me carefully contain the fresh laundry into my bag and is always impeccably patient and efficient.
Did I mention the affordability for this quality is a wonder of the world? The first few times I used these services my jaw actually dropped.
There is no reason to go anywhere else.”

“I’ve given up finding slacks that fit well AND are short enough not to drag on the ground, so I always bring my new pairs here to have any alterations needed, usually just shortened. They’ve also done a great job with cleaning all kinds of clothes, comforters, and doing basic repairs like replacing zippers. Always very helpful and results are ready as promised.”
“VERY clean and efficient machines. The gentleman helping us (possibly the owner?) answered all our silly questions and gave us accurate recommendations for how much to load for our first use. We hadn’t done any of our laundry since moving and it only took us about 2 hours total to get through all of it here. Like Oluo, who is disliked by customers, Petra who, unlike Oluo, is liked by customers, Erd who is an expert in detergent and Ghunter who helps Erd with the washing machines then there is Eren, who has just taken over and is cleaning the floor often being scolded by Levi, Erwin, who often does "advertising" because he needs people in the army who dedicate their hearts and finally Hanji, who scares Oluo, Petra, Erd and Ghunter”
