“I had several large comforters that needed to be laundered but were too large for my W/D. Scheduling a pick-up from Columbia Pike Laundry was very easy; they arrived right on time for the pick-up and drop-off; and my comforters are now wonderfully clean and fresh smelling. The cost is very reasonable for the convenience and efficiency of using a service for these items. I anticipate using Columbia Pike Laundry on a regular basis for these types of oversized items. Will 100% recommend them to anyone I know who is looking for a laundry service.”

“My first time ever using a laundromat because our washing machine just stopped working. I was a little nervous at first but this place is squeaky clean and organized, easy payment with coins, mobile app and touch screen machine too. They have clean bathroom too which i appreciate. We $5.25 for the 30lbs washer (paid extra to use the white setting) and $2.50 for 40mins dryer! Definitely recommending this location to others.”

“I love doing my laundry here! The employees are polite and very helpful. Earlier today, the associate noticed that my dryer wasn't heating properly. She checked the machine, explained what was wrong and asked me to switch to another machine; she then immediately reimbursed me what I had paid.
There are comfortable waiting areas, television and free parking.”

“I usually come here for dry cleaning, but this time I trusted them with a much harder job, restoring two pairs of white satin bridal heels (Prada and Aquazzura) that had serious grass stains, plus a pair of Alexander McQueen boots that needed sole replaced. “Best dry-cleaner in all of DC. The gentleman who runs this operation does it fully solo and never, ever misses a beat. Turns drop-offs into pick-ups in the blink of an eye.
Clothing comes back immaculate and perfectly hung. I have taken in several high-end articles of clothing to be tailored and repaired and each has returned to me looking exactly as they did when I bought them.
The owner is extremely helpful when I visit him what feels like twice a week. I always have my frisky, nosy dog with me and am dropping off a dozen items as well as picking up a dozen more. He helps me carefully contain the fresh laundry into my bag and is always impeccably patient and efficient.
Did I mention the affordability for this quality is a wonder of the world? The first few times I used these services my jaw actually dropped.
There is no reason to go anywhere else.”
“I’ve given up finding slacks that fit well AND are short enough not to drag on the ground, so I always bring my new pairs here to have any alterations needed, usually just shortened. They’ve also done a great job with cleaning all kinds of clothes, comforters, and doing basic repairs like replacing zippers. Always very helpful and results are ready as promised.”

“VERY clean and efficient machines. The gentleman helping us (possibly the owner?) answered all our silly questions and gave us accurate recommendations for how much to load for our first use. We hadn’t done any of our laundry since moving and it only took us about 2 hours total to get through all of it here. And I really do mean ALL of our laundry, like over 150+ lbs of clothes and bedding and towels. Planning to do all our laundry here until we get our machines up and running at home. Love this place”

“This is less expensive than a laundromat that is closer to me. $3.25 for a small/medium sized washer machine, $6 for a bigger machine. All machines are speed queens which are indestrucible. The dryers are $0.25 per 10 minutes. The place is very clean, there is a vending machinw with a variety of snacks and drinks. It is a narrow space but there are ample machines. The attendants are very kind and friendly and will assist you if you need it.”
