“I truly enjoyed my time living here. One of the best parts of living in this community was the beautiful dam surrounded by the trees. I loved spending time there watching the wildlife, it was peaceful, relaxing, and one of my favorite places to unwind after a long day. Nikki, the property manager was always kind, professional, and genuinely helpful whenever I had a question or needed assistance. She always made me feel heard, and I really appreciated how much she cared about the residents. Donte, the maintenance technician was also excellent, he responded quickly to requests and always made sure everything was taken care of. While every apartment community has room for improvement, my overall experience was very positive. I appreciate the kindness, responsiveness, and beautiful natural setting that made my time here so enjoyable. Thank you both so very much.”

“I’m in immediate need of a new apartment and upon calling Saddle Brooke, Jess has been super helpful from the time that we spoke on the phone, to meeting her in person and touring. She told me everything that I needed to know and has been very helpful and extremely nice throughout this process, making it very easy to want to live here! I have been experiencing bad customer service prior but I will definitely recommend this place, even if it’s just based on the excellent customer service experience. “Theres everything you need all in one area. Sit down restaurants, quick food pick up. Boba Teas, pharmacy, salon. The public library and public transportation is here. Housing and a nice new hotel with a venue. Parking garages with security guards and cameras. Right up the hill is the movie theater and just a few steps away is a Costco, Giant grocery store. More places to eat, Sephora a gas station. Nice area with grass and trees around. Looks like living in the country with the convenience of city living. I highly recommend this area!”

“I lived here for over 2yrs and hated to leave but had to due a persona issue. The property manager, Kim was always helpful and proactive and very accommodating and went above and beyond. Leona was always pleasant tried to help. The staff was always pleasant and eager to help. They were felt like family. Ms. Debbie knew all of the dogs in the complex by name and loved giving my dog treats when seeing her on walks. Maintenance always responded in a timely fashion and job were completed to satisfaction. Management always communicated any issues that came about and I always felt safe. Th neighbors were nice as well. I highly recommend this community and the Management. Kim alone gets 10 stars for her customer service alone!”

“I had the opportunity to tour 2 very well maintained, and very clean apartments (1 in each building). I really love the idea of tenants having a key fob, for security to enter the building. I also liked that the laundry areas were clean, but I think that it could be a little bigger given the amount of tenants in the building. The employees in the leasing office were very busy, but helpful. I also like the amount of space that the apartments have to offer. The only downside to Wellesley House for me is, there should be more renovations to the kitchens and bathrooms.”

“I have lived in multiple locations since moving to Maryland and I must say, this apartment complex has been the best by far. They have always made sure the little things are covered, as well as the overarching experience. Almost every morning during the summer and fall hours they will bring in lawn care services to make sure the grass is cut, branches are picked up, and flowers are freshened up. Maintenance walks around in the morning to pick up trash and walk the grounds while cleaners come to freshen up the stairwells in the apartments. Lastly, it is a heavily family friendly environment. There is only one entrance/exit to the complex and stop signs at every intersection which means that a lot of times I'll see kids riding their bikes in the neighborhood or playing with other kids in the complex. Its heart warming to see! Not only that, but there is also a school bus stop at the complex which makes it easy for parents. I'm not sure how normal that is in the county but kids will line up at the entrance to wait for the bus to come along. Lastly, anytime someone would need to step into our apartment we were warned with plenty of time and in multiple ways whether that be the staff walking to every apartment and leaving a physical notice on every door or sending out multiple emails. My husband and I will be living in our apartment for almost two years and yes, there have been issues but there will always be issues its how an apartment complex responds to the issues that matter the most. There will always be room for improvement, like a few issues here and there with the physical aspect of our apartment or miscommunication between the head office and the local office. But things have always been resolved in a timely manner. All in all I have had a really good experience with Hampton Manor and hope to spend a few more years here.”

“I’ve been living at Hunt Club Apartments for a couple months now, and honestly… I’m obsessed with this place. The staff here is EVERYTHING. Emily Baez at the front desk (marketing consultant) is literally the sweetest — super kind, super friendly, and always so outgoing. She makes coming into the office feel like talking to a friend. Mary Bradshears, the assistant community manager, always makes sure I’m okay and taken care of. Whatever I need, she checks in, answers all my questions with so much patience, and keeps everything positive. She’s so kind, so outgoing, and she loves to make you laugh. I always feel supported with her. And Bridgie, the community manager? She’s amazing. Anytime I need help, she’s right there making sure I’m taken care of. She stays on top of every detail, communicates clearly, and truly goes the extra mile to keep the community running smoothly. Her leadership shows — you can feel it in how organized, welcoming, and stress-free everything is. I seriously appreciate her. Plus, the maintenance team? They’re top tier. They always get things done quickly, they show up on time, and they don’t play about fixing things right the first time.”

“I left a review for Henderson-Webb because across all their properties, I was experiencing a lot of miscommunication and some frustration. However, there is a woman at the front desk of Cranbrook Apartments who is very kind, even though I know I’m not the easiest person to deal with. I ask a million questions, and if I don’t understand, I’ll ask a million more. Whenever I’ve spoken with the woman who was working today—August 4th, and I believe she was working alone—she has never let me down. She always gives me direct answers, tells me exactly where to go, and explains how to get things done. One day, I came in very upset. I don’t remember why, and I’m not sure how I came across, but it wasn’t a tone I’d want someone to take with me. She recognized that I was upset and shared a bit about her daughter’s condition, explaining how she relates to mine. I’m terrible with names, so I wish I knew hers. All I know is that she has brown hair, is Caucasian, has a daughter, and a boyfriend who is a contractor. She is a very nice woman, a very hard worker, and the fact that she puts up with me in a situation where I don’t understand everything going on I consider her to be incredibly kind person or at the very least incredibly tolerant”
