“Theres everything you need all in one area. Sit down restaurants, quick food pick up. Boba Teas, pharmacy, salon. The public library and public transportation is here. Housing and a nice new hotel with a venue. Parking garages with security guards and cameras. Right up the hill is the movie theater and just a few steps away is a Costco, Giant grocery store. More places to eat, Sephora a gas station. Nice area with grass and trees around. Looks like living in the country with the convenience of city living. I highly recommend this area!”
“Chadon was the agent I came in contact with during my apartment hunt. She was proactive by replying to my electronic inquiry by calling and leaving a voicemail. I stopped by the development unannounced because I was on my way back from out of town and thought to stop by, Chadon did not hesitate to help me. She was quite professional, personable, considered my needs in an apartment, and made great suggestions that I didn’t think about. My experience with her was overall impressive in the manner she interacted with me!”
“Sanna, the leasing consultant who helped us find an apartment was amazing. She showed us several different apartments twice in one day and was really patient with us. Even though the apartment we originally wanted was already taken, she stayed late to help us find another one. Overall, she provided us with the best customer service out of all the places we visited.”

“Came in today take a tour of the 2bd/2bth. I was greeted by Dante who was exceptional! Very nice & professional! He gave us instructions and keys to tour the apartment to do a self-tour, which allowed us to take as much time as we needed. The apartment was very spacious, up to date, & had plenty of natural lighting! When we arrived back to the leasing office, Dante had all the information we needed organized and ready to go for us! Great experience & property. Will definitely be applying!”
“I had the opportunity to tour 2 very well maintained, and very clean apartments (1 in each building). I really love the idea of tenants having a key fob, for security to enter the building. I also liked that the laundry areas were clean, but I think that it could be a little bigger given the amount of tenants in the building. The employees in the leasing office were very busy, but helpful. I also like the amount of space that the apartments have to offer. The only downside to Wellesley House for me is, there should be more renovations to the kitchens and bathrooms.”

“I can only speak for my apartment and my experience was great . It was actually better than i expected. I had no mice . We had bugs here/there in the summertime , probably from a window or something but other that no rodents. They did come to fix anything I brought to their attention and some stuff that I didn’t . Like my kitchen light . My dishwasher did work but it made my dishes smell . I didn’t report that because I usually wash my dishes myself. But overall my experience was nice . If I didn’t need anything bigger I probably would’ve stayed . And I was in a bottom unit and my neighbors over top of me had three kids , I could hear them here and there but never enough to complain about. It’s pretty quiet. And clean . And I’m greatful for the experience . It is a homeless guy that hangs out in the area, I only saw him twice and once he did sleep in the hallway, that’s the only thing I didn’t like.but he did leave as soon as he saw me”

“My heat was off due to a thermostat battery issue. Maintenance came and replaced batteries within 30 minutes of my emergency call.In 5 minutes my heat was on again. In 15 minutes I'm toasty again! Quality customer service always received from Taylor Park Apartments. Thanks everyone!”
“Soooooooo, where do I begin. Currently living in a room and decided that, Sunday October 15, 2023 would be the day that I take a leap of faith an apply for an apartment at Wintergreen. Well let me tell you, Ms. Ebony owes me nothing. Her warm smile and greeting, after entering the office, made my choice of stepping up and out, even more a confirmation. She was attentive and knowledgeable, as an expert should be. She didn't leave no stone unturned. Her responses were very friendly. She didn't do a "win-over" speech, she just gave phenomenal customer service. KUDOS to Wintergreen Apartments for having a phenomenal staff to ease away fear and uncertainty. Thanks Ebony!! :)”
“I haven't had any major issues at the apartment complex, it's very quiet and peaceful, no one hanging around outside. the tenants are nice.only issue I have it's with the tenants that have dogs, there not on a leash and just running around and could seriously injured someone or my grandkids .and the constant barking all day and night i can't get any sleep. other than that i love it here, i couldn't have asked for a better place to live.”

“The price is better then most places, the apartment is spacious for a 2 bedroom, it's almost too much. The absolute best part is the maintenance people. They're prompt and fast with repairs. Most of the time it's next day. We moved in the AC wasn't working on a holiday weekend, it was fixed the next day. Our microwave died, and it was replaced that week, with a brand new one that was mid range, not bottom rung. Super happy with the management. there isn't any bells and whistles, but then again I don't have to pay for those either.The whole experience has been awesome. One of the best apartments I've ever been in.”

Everyone on the team is extremely attentive to any needs that arise. We moved out because we bought a house, but we would say that the Palisades is a top notch apartment option for those looking to rent.”

“I work here.. you might like your here if you plan on going to Morgan State University the RA's a very attentive if you have a problem with getting into your unit or anything of that nature they will get up out of their beds or leave from their homes because some of them don't live on campus to come and help you out and I think the one thing that students don't realize is that these personnel are students also. But as far as I have seen it's very clean has a pretty nice atmosphere the leasing office features small restaurant which has some small household items also food is very good”

“One of the best apartment in Cockeysville. It is associated with Padonia International School which is also one of the best school in nearby area. It is very near to Groceries shops like Walmart, Target and Food Lion. Restaurants like Sangam. Well connected to bus stop (bus no 93) although few times bus gets cancelled, please refer Google maps for live status. Although little expensive than other communities nearby but the best thing with this community is all utilities are included other than electricity. You have option to set your room temperature independently. Washing machine and dryer in within your apartment. Leasing process is very smooth and leasing officers are good. Maintenance is also very good and on time. You have swimming pool, gym, childern park and bench on parks. There are no Lifts in any of the communities in this area as all are upto 3 floors only. Few issues people here face are like apartment gate locker system is very very bad (many faced automatic gate locked on weekends), car parking is a problem specially in Reldas Road, floor is wooden you can hear noises. Overall good to live here than any other communities nearby and the problem mostly people face here are less compared to other communities and it can be very easily rectified if management gets proper feedback to look for some solutions.”
