The associates are always super friendly and helpful, and even remember you from visit to visit! This is one of my favorite places to shop largely because of the great customer service.”

She was sociable, welcoming, and an expert at her craft. We told her our situation and the few ideas we had, and she just ran with it. She personally selected our outfits to fit the exact occasion. “Big fan of this store. They have a huge selection of every category and a great clearance section. The cashier was really nice when I went up to pay for my really great deals. I am an Old Navy girl so I always find something when I’m there. They had a great summer collection this year. This plaza also has a ton of stuff including Kohl’s and Mom’s Organic Grocery.”

“I've been shopping at this location for many years without concerns however today was an exception. The customer service was lacking due inattentiveness and difficulty answering questions. I was there to purchase bathing suits. Fortunately, Cindy stepped in and saved the day (hence the 4 stars). She was friendly, pleasant, knowledgeable and highly effective. “Love coming here, but there's always incorrect pricing. The signs 6 40% off everything on the rack, but when I get to the register, it's only 20% off. The management team has never giving me a hard time but instead they honored the sale sign on the rack and thats why I continue shopping here but get those signs right because you're losing out!!”

“typically well stocked and clean with fitting rooms available. there is often a long line for checkout and it's pretty common for certain areas to lose organization to such an extent that it inhibits shopping. but overall just a decent place to shop.”
“Great Jeans that are COMFORTABLE! Also, this location has really friendly people! Although to be fair, this is the only location I've ever visited. Still, there were 3 people working the day I went in and all of them went out of their way to make sure I was happy with my selection. And since I'm a bit older, one of them made sure I wasn't buying anything that looked too much like "Dad jeans" but were still age appropriate. I really appreciate the stellar service from the Towson store!!”
“Very nice store, lots of space. Store associates are more off in the background, only approach you when they see you wondering for a little. Stock wise, they have some good selections, but not a wide variety of colors/styles/sizes. It's worth going if you want to window shop and find something you like. Parking is in a retail garage across the street. Free on weekends I believe.”

I was shopping for certain pieces and she was able to guide me in the right direction and actually pulled a lot of options for me that were perfect! We spent a lot of time together but I ended up with a bunch of key items to fill in my wardrobe and I am grateful for the time she was able to give to me. I will absolutely be back!!”
