“The staff here made all the difference! I had to stay for 2 hours for a glucose monitoring test and Phyllis was absolutely delightful and kind to me. Since I was there for a couple hours I was killing time working on my laptop in the waiting room and I saw her go above and beyond to make sure everyone was able to check in, she was very patient and sweet with everyone who walked in the door. Amazing customer service and my best experience at a Quest location.”
“I went here on a weekday morning. I had made an appointment a few days prior. I showed up a min or two late, but they give you a few minutes grace period before they consider you a walk-in (which is a longer wait). The front desk Personnel was nice and the person who did the lab draw, Erica, was also nice. Knowing that a needle was about to be poked in my arm, I turned my head away and Erica checked in with me, asking if I was ok. I appreciated that! With an appointment, I was in and out in about 8 minutes. Overall, it was what you'd expect and a good experience considering the context!”

“I just had my blood drawn by Ms Octavia today. My experience was pain free. From the moment I walked in Ms Octavia was friendly and helpful. You could tell she loved her job. She was ready to help me in a very professional manner. I was taken within 5 minutes. My visit was 14 minutes. This was not the first time I had the pleasure of meeting Octavia. She has helped me in the past also and was always wonderful. I hope she is around for my next visit also. Thank you, Octavia!! You are the best!!!”
“It was a good visit. The young lady who drew my blood was friendly and professional. I shared with her the challenge of drawing my blood, and she listened, allowing me to avoid having to get stuck more than once. She further shared information regarding fasting for the type of blood work I needed. There weren't a lot of people at the time of my visit. Plenty of parking. I will definitely use this location in the future.”
“I've been to this location a couple of times and the staff has always been kind and helpful. The facility is clean and tidy, although the waiting area is small. There are occasions when the line has been long, but the staff does their best to move things along despite how busy they are and while still maintaining professionalism and compassion.”

“I was nervous to come to this location based on reviews, but I had a great experience and would definitely come again. I made an appt sr 9:30, arrived at 9:20, and was out by 10. Check in was easy (check in on your phone ahead of time and then all you have to do is scan). The receptionist was very friendly, and happened to also be the one doing the blood draw and did a great job. I felt bad it seemed like she didn’t have much help, I only saw one other phlebotomist while I was there, but she was very efficient in getting people through and being kind in the process.”
“I have been going to the Hunt Valley LabCorp for many years, I have had nothing but great experiences. I just left and I felt I needed to share about another great experience.
Checking in is very simple using a kiosk, No sooner than I sat down in the waiting room, I was called back. The young girl nurse who took my blood & urine screen was so kind, she made friendly conversation. We need to appreciate hard working Americans like her.
Parking lot is small but I’ve always found a spot.
I go expecting to wait a bit 20-30 minutes, I never have waited thay long but it’s always a possibility. Whoever was working this morning…thank you.”
“I was hesitant about chosing this Labcorp to get my bloodwork done due to such bad reviews but decided to go because it's only a seven minute drive compared to others. Made an appointment for 9:30. Checked in at 9:23 The young lady at the front desk was very polite and friendly. At 9:26 I was in the back getting my blood drawn by another very friendly young lady who greeted me with a joke by asking did I "bring my veins in with me today" lol. When she was done drawing blood she made this 45 year old man feel like a little boy again by telling me I did a "really good job" lol. I was done everything ( including a urinalysis) and back in my car headed home at 9:37. So it's safe to say I had a good and prompt experience here.”
“I've been coming here for over 8 years and never had a bad experience, whether during Covid or at any other time. I'm not self centered and entitled, so I don't mind the usually fairly short wait times (though during Covid there were a couple visits that had longer lines out the door. But they still moved through surprisingly fast). The staff has always been friendly, professional, and good at drawing blood (and I've traditionally been hard to draw from at other facilities, including hospitals). I've found that in busy businesses, regardless of type, a bit of courtesy and friendliness towards the staff goes a long ways. I've seen some pretty rude customers in there, and they're going to be having a bad time, regardless of how nice the staff is to people.”

My son who has special needs is not an "ideal" patient to get blood from and they did so great with him. Really happy we went here! Thank you ladies!”

“Had to get my blood drawn for some medical test and the ladies here are so nice, friendly and personable. I did not know I had to fast for some of my tests so I came back two days later and was greeted in the same manner I was greeting when I came earlier in the week. I had the privilege of having my blood drawn by Ms.Debbie and she was very friendly, personable and she got it right the first time. There was no pain or discomfort and our conversation flowed naturally. If you have a choice on where your blood is drawn be sure to pick CML, you will not regret it!”
