First, the dryer doors do not stay open, swinging shut and hitting customers. Second, there is a one-hour policy where unattended laundry bags are discarded instead of being kept for customers to retrieve. Despite these frustrations, customers really like this laundry and appreciate the helpful employees. Many have been coming for years and plan to return, as it is a clean, modern, affordable, and welcoming place.
