“This is my go-to post office because it’s on my usual Saturday morning errand circuit. The furnishings are worn, and the place badly needs renovation. But I’ve only had positive experiences with the employees here. Today, one of the clerks noticed I was struggling to find the right size container to mail some gifts in, so she specially went to the back to bring out a smaller box than the one I’d been sizing up. When there were no customs forms, she produced one for me. She was kind and helpful, and she honestly did the USPS proud! Her name starts with D - I couldn’t read the rest. On a previous occasion, an employee who helped me mail all my Christmas packages realized I’d forgotten to take my receipt, so she mailed it to me with the sweetest handwritten note with good wishes for the season. These frontline workers are the beating heart of the USPS and deserve some recognition!”
“Great customer service by Beverly and Jasdeep. The place was filled, but they ensure to apologize for the delay and try to move as fast as they can to get to the next customer. The place is obviously understaffed, but that is expected at most government organizations these days. 5 stars is for the excellent customer service. Hopefully they fix the staffing issue in the near future.”

I was very skeptical initially because of the bad reviews but I desperately needed a package shipped and this post office was the closet to me at the time. I met Vincent and he was very helpful to me and I also met Louise and she was one of the nicest most pleasant person I have ever met. I was very pleased with the customer service.”
“This post office experience was like a dream, thanks to Raketa! She was quick and efficient and as nice as she could be. I live in DC and US Post Office experiences are generally unpleasant because of lack of staffing, poor customer service skills and the volume of foot traffic, but this visit was wonderful! Again, Raketa was the best!”
“This location is not too far from my hairstylist so on a few occasions I’ve stopped here to purchase some money orders and the staff is always super helpful and patient. Yesterday one of my debit cards was completely canceled due to fraud, which I did not learn until I attempted to buy a money order here and the associate who helped me was so patient and gave me a few ideas of how to resolve the issue before I realized it was a bank issue. I just really appreciated her positive attitude and help during a frustrating experience.”
