“PostNet is great. It’s my go to place dropping off package returns because it’s so easy to pull up, run inside and drop things off when I’m driving by. There is almost always parking right outside their door. If your package is already addressed, they grab it and scan it in even as they work with others so I’ve never had a long wait (unlike at the FedEx by Whole Foods where I swear dropping off packages takes 30 minutes). If I’m driving by during rush hour when you can’t park on Rt. 1, I’ll pull into the laundromat parking lot a few doors down. Technically you’re not supposed to, but I’m always in and out so fast I know I’ll be back at my car in a flash. The owner and other workers at PostNet are also very friendly, and added bonus when interacting with local business that are longstanding community members.”
“I ordered a large photo to display at my father's Memorial Service from Mark at the Hyattsville, MD location. He was so FANTASTIC that I'm going back to order Christmas cards from him. The quality of the poster was superb, and Mark is truly an asset to Staples. Wish the associates in other stores could take lessons from him!!!”

“I am moving to a new place and didn’t have tape yet. I brought my open box for shipping returns. They taped it for free! Didn’t say boo about it. Friendly service.
This is compared to when I went to FedEx out west last year and USPS back in another state on a short trip they each had me buy a roll both times. I was expecting the same here but was pleasantly surprised. I think I’ll stick with UPS if they continue to differentiate themselves positively.”
