“Staff very friendly and helpful. Store is clean and associates assisted me with my selections. The cashier was the friendliest and really made my shopping experience great! She made additional suggestions and even told me about sale items that were close to the register. The store is stocked well with different sizes. The sale section had plenty of options to choose from. I would definitely shop here again!”

“I came by here a a month ago only to find out my favorite employee had been transferred to Wheaton Foot locker, this location still has great customer service but Nayley always made the store feel homey and she always made sure to exceed my expectations. Even if they did not have the shoe that I am looking for she made sure to find it at another banner location or ordered it for me.”

“Prices were decent however they need to get their air fixed so I’m taking away one star for that. Long lines but the cashiers are doing the best they can. Polo shirts are $4.99 skirts and skorts are around $9.99-16.99 and long pants are ranged from $13.99 and up. They also have long sleeves and discounted items for 50 percent off.”

“Great customer service by Jennifer. She is very attentive to my needs as I am buying for family members. She is very pacient while we figure out everyones shoes size and let's us know if the shoe tend to run bigger or samller. I've had the pleasure of being helped by her twice and each time she has a smile on her face while I try every shoe on in the store.”

“I purchased a pair of shoes online at the beginning of quarantine and they were too small. I wanted to return them because paying for shipping made no sense for a self proclaimed cheapskate. I was happy to see they were limiting the store to 60 people and practicing physical distancing. The staff had on gloves and masks and they have partitions up. Also, they gave me a return to my card and not a credit which made me very happy. Delightful experience. I still do most of my shopping online but it's nice to know that if I need to go in the store that I can feel safe.”

“I came into the store on Black Friday. A young gentleman named Brandon greeted my family
as soon we walk-in and quickly assisted us. No other store was available to give us a warm welcome. While it was extremely busy in the store I ever had such a great experience buying clothes and shoes until he knew what to do down to product knowledge and prices on top of his head, even with him helping other customers at the same time while assisting my family needs down to a outfit. I never wrote a review about anybody before but he’s a very polite & patient young man and will go far in life. I appreciate your time and efforts !”
