“I'm a huge fan of Total Wines. Their prices are usually cheaper than other liquor stores and they always have my favorite wines in stock. Most importantly for me, they make it extremely easy to place my order online and pick it up. I use their app for ordering and when it's ready they send me a text. Once I get to the store, I park in one of the designated pickup spots and tap on the link in the text to let them know I'm at the store. They bring the order out and load it into my vehicle. They always have my order ready well before the time I request for pickup and it usually takes 5-10 minutes to bring it out to me.”

“Recently, my husband and I had the pleasure of visiting this place. It specializes in cigars, tobaccos, pipes, and handmade masquerade masks. The selection, quality, and affordability of the masks absolutely blew us away. The shop's atmosphere was warm and welcoming, and the customer service was top-notch. It was clear that the staff takes great pride in their work and the longevity of their business, which has been around for an impressive 60 years. We were also delighted to meet Eva, the friendly dog who greeted us with a wagging tail. “This was possibly the best experience that I've had at a smoke shop. I called to see if they carry a brand of shishah that is difficult to find in this area, but no one answered; however, much to my surprise, I received a call back because they missed my call. This was an indication to the level of customer service that they provide. They carried the shishah I was looking for so I decided to make a stop. I walk in and am immediately greeted by Eli. He's assisting a customer as I look for the shishah but as soon as the customer leaves he gives me his full attention. The customer service gets even better. We're discussing other flavors of the shishah that I'm interested in and because I had never had them, Eli immediately opens the flavors I was interested in allowing me to smell before purchasing. I appreciated this because but many other smoke shops will do this if they don't already have a sample opened. He gave me his honest opinion on flavors and was very friendly and welcoming. Even though the shishah is more expensive than the location I go to in VA, the convenience and customer service made up for it. Eli was extremely helpful and even informed me about some other products in the store that I purchased and some that I will be returning to purchase. This is now my favorite smoke shop and I will definitely return. I highly recommend this location. It's small but they have a lot of quality products.”

“Jackie at the Silver Spring location is the best! She was knowledgeable & communicative. She helped us get something at another location that they were temporarily out of stock of at our usual store. She also helped us with another issue we had. Smoke island has been consistently good but this was a more complex situation & it was easily resolved. Definitely recommend this shop!”

“Cigar lounge is bigger than what it appears. Mood is set from very dim lighting. There's an abundance of TVs all on sports. Plentiful drink selection and the cigar prices are lower than expected ($10-15). Staff were helpful in cigar suggestions. Good vibe, good music, good people.”
